Thanks for the review! I got the gold-tinted F91WG-9 variant in this summer without the letter U under the resist text. As this is my fourth F91 I can also approve it"s originality. But until your video I've never seen an other F91W without the U.
same. And I doubted its accuracy because it isnt as accurate as my old blue f91w, but its quite acceptable.
To know if it is original, you have to pay attention to the display, if it distorts the numbers and colors when looked at from other angles. Generally, several numbers appear when viewed from other angles, which are false. Another thing is that in the fake the background behind the numbers is slightly greenish in the original. While on the fake it is grey.

Do you mean the brushing of the back cover? I think it can be vertical or horizontal, I have several F-91W in different colors and I just discovered that the made in Thailand have the vertical brushing and the made in China in horizontal, all are authentic.

Hello, the F-91W-1 is the black color, the F-91WM-9A is the gold color.

Hey I bought a f91w from official casio store but its light is slight yellow but in front camera it shows green like your watch. Can you tell me the reason?
The light is apple green and illuminates only the left corner of the clock, in the video it may look more illuminated than it really is, because the camera modifies the light a little bit.
@DigitalWatches yeah it only illuminates from the left only but it is yellowish green and in front of camera it becomes green

My F-91W also no longer has a "U" under the word "RESIST". But since I bought it from a retailer I think it's real.

The F-91Ws manufactured recently no longer have the small u. If you bought the watch in a reliable store it is most likely to be original, if not you should check that the lines and typography look good.
Mine is made in Malaysia and says "Y" in the back , its also transparent, is it real?
I believe that currently, the Casio F91-W is manufactured in China and Thailand. It can be original if it’s an older model, produced several years ago. To determine if an F-91W is genuine, pay attention to the typography and the lines. In genuine watches, these details appear well-defined, while in fake ones, they do not. You can also check the screws. Casio watches have screws designed to be compatible with both flathead and Phillips screwdrivers. In the fake ones, the screws are made only for Phillips screwdrivers.
@@DigitalWatches my watch has many mixed signals , it does say casio when u press on it , it does have compatible screws for both types of screwdrivers, but when i tilt the watch a bit then i can see the numbers shadows beneath, i saw a video and it said it shouldn't have shadows , also the back metal is brushed off and not shiny , apparently that was also a sign that the watch is fake also it doesn't have a u under water resist , if ur saying that the watch must be older to be produced in Malaysia then why doesn't it have the "u" under water resist
@@notdusk5950If it is new and says "made in Malaysia" it is very likely to be a fake, and the digits should not be altered when the watch is tilted. If you want you can give me the link to the website where you bought the watch or upload a short video so I can see it.

If the typography and details are correct, it is original, the F-91W is currently manufactured in Thailand and China.
Got gift silver one.Manufactured by China.Its original and cost around 24bucks

Hello, yes the watch I am showing in the video is original. The F-91W newer ones do not have the small u. To know if your watch is original you must look at the typography, the original Casio watches always have the letters and lines well done and the fake ones do not.

There is no word "RESIST" on any Casio watch. That word does not exist in the real watch world . Be careful people. Someone is lying to you.
I didn't understand you. The word RESIST is at the bottom right of the Casio F-91W. You can see it in any photo or video of an F-91W, you can even check it on the official Casio website.
There are a lot of Casio watches with the words Water Resist: F-91W, W-800H, W-218H, A168, etc. Others use the abbreviation WR or even both.

According to its official specifications it is not recommended, but the Casio F-91W has a reputation of being very resistant. I have personally used it in these situations a couple of times and have had no problems. Casio also does not recommend bathing with any watch because of the damage the soap can cause.
