The "F" series of Casio watches goes back to the first resin watch Casio ever made, the F-100 in 1977. They weren't water resistant. The later models with the "W" at the end were water resistant to 30M. (F-91W, F-84W). Over the years there have probably been over a hundred F models. Yes there was an F-92W, an F-93W, two F-94W models.. These aren't the years they were made as some think. The F-91W is from 1989. The "W" series of Casio watches started in 1980 with the W-150, listed in catalogs at the time as their "Watersports" watches. Very generally, the 3-digit W models have 100M of water resistance (The steel screwback "Marlins" W-150, W-250, W-350... the resin screwback W-100, W-200, W-300..., the panel back W-800H). The 2-digit W models have 50M of water resistance (W-59, W-86, W-96). I believe they ran out of 2-digit numbers to use, so the W-201 and up are also 50M of Water Resistance despite having 3 digits. There have probably been over a hundred W models as well.
@@roadgent7921 I don't think Casio has ever said. But the first F series watch was the F-100, and ads had F1 cars all over it. It was a 'racing chronograph'. So I think F-100 sounds cool like F1 without breaking trademark too much.
I answered that question for myself some time ago - I wanted a light and comfortable watch to wear at night. W202 has a better backlight, both timer and stopwatch that displays the time in the t right, the numerals look good (not like the W217), better water resistance and looks cool overall.
Agree totally the W86 is the best choice in the Featherweight class, think had already 3 or 4 of this amazing hard to beat everyday watch and will keep buying them as long as they last. Love the retro design and the lightness of it all, many times I forget I'm wearing it.
Great roundup. I went through a cycle of getting most of these and finally settled on the W59 because it retains some of the best features of the original 91w (super slim profile and digits that appear close to the surface of the screen) and looks most like the original, but with 50m water resistance. The cheap light just stays true to the original and I'm never in complete darkness. I also find the b650w (not included in your review) strangely appealing; looks so much nicer in faux steel than the plastic one.
I like the w86 and would love to add it to my other Casio options I have. I can also personally recommend the AE-1300WH as a good alternative. While more feature packed than the 91w and the others shown here, it has 10 bar water resistance, a selection of colors to chose from and a bunch of functions and a understated look compared to other casioa and g-shocks.
Great watches. I wear my W59 literally all the time, only taking it off to clean - no major scrathces in 3 years! The backlight isn't as terrible as you might get from the video - it's much more readable in person and I actually prefer it to a brighter one for discreteness. W86 is almost the same but W59 and F91-w have brighter crystals, which are a little better readable in daylight.
I like the W-59. Pretty much the same look as the F-91W but with some extra water protection as well as a tiny bit of extra thickness. Would have also been cool to see a basic G-Shock DW-5600 in the comparison, to see what the next big step up is. Great channel by the way, watched it since the beginning.
W-202 For me.....love that it's a little different in shape, curved sides gives it a bit more presence on wrist without being too chunky, keep em coming Ben 👍💯
Which is most comfortable? Im torn between f91w and the w202. I want a very light and comfortable watch, but would like to have the count down timer also...
What a pleasant surprise watching a RUclips video on what is probably the cheapest end of the watch market? Very interesting and helpful too! Looking at all these Casio models they do at first all look basically the same until you delve a little deeper under the hoods. I really enjoyed it thanks pal. Keep up the good work. And Stay safe!
Definitely agree with the W-86 pick, the teal strokes stood out to me immediately and complement the black case well. Speaking of the case, also worth mentioning is that the design takes slight cues from the classic G-Shock. Along with the fact that it's thicker than the F91W, it's like it sits somewhere between that and a G-Shock. Fell in love with it as soon as I saw it, glad you're giving it away.
I have a W800H, which is a bit different (4 buttons), but is still great. I found it for €9.99 during an Amazon offer, but usually you can find it for around €20. 100 m water resistance, good backlight, -5 s/month, built as a tank - love it.
My favorite was the F-105, I think of it as an improvement on the already great F-91, but really I just like the cool design with the yellow on the blue.
The W217H seems to get a lot of great reviews on RUclips. Personally I really like the W218H and W800H, one is a lot like a Gshock and the other I think has the best display on a caiso of this type of price range!
Nothing can beat the Casio w800h for the functionality (especially after the timer mod and 5-alarms mod), and it's still a f91w family member that looks the part, talks the talk and walks the walk
Ben’s Watch Club I think that the A700 is my favorite variation on Casio’s F-91W theme. Check out Ashley Kent’s video “Making the world’s most 80s watch” where they mod a W-86 by using the metal strap from another Casio model.
Appreciate the research work on this. Casio has done a bang-up job on this watch line since the 80's and just goes to show how versatile and fuss free the line still is. Ben, even I love the cyan pop of colour on W-86. probably will look into it. I really hope Casio would increased the size of the pushers now. they used to hurt once the watch got old. Also do check out the Mission Impossible 1 watch..interesting piece of hardware but always out of stock. Thanks and Cheers
I believe the 105 is the best one. My opinion is based on size and the backlight. I'm still going to pick up the F91W and use it daily. The 105 will be for nighttime due to the lighting. You can't go wrong with any of these watches, it's just a matter of what works for you personally. Thank you for the review.
It’s gotta be the 105 for me. I don’t wear it outdoors anymore, but had it since 5th grade. (In HS now.) it’s been in pockets with keys and coins for years and scratched to hell and back. Still works perfectly!
I bought the 217h with 100m of water resistance and larger numbers/better legibility, I’m very happy with my purchase. Thank you for great content. Cheers from Texas
I’d say the W-202 is my favorite from the list, I like the unique shape. Some to add to the the list are the F84W (which is like a Japanese version of the f91) ,the F94W, W800 (100M water resistance, classic look), and maybe the W201. Edit: you can also add the B640 and B650
Well now that the W-86 is not available in the US, I had to have one! Ordered from Amazon UK, just got it yesterday and yes, very nice looking watch. It is tied with my F-105 for best daily beater. After 20+ years of wearing Timex Expeditions, I started on Casios with the F-108 and W-217h. But I have found that these slightly smaller watches, and the A-168, are ideal for me. Thank you for bringing them to my attention with your great videos!
My favorite one is the w202 but in silver casing and strap, model b640wd-1avdr. It has a nice form factor and an auto repeat timer, which comes in handy. BTW, after 4 years the battery is still going strong.
This casio make me fly back to my 4 grade school time. I steal remember to be in classes and counting the minutes to go outside and play. It was my first watch. It would be great to make a review with kids in our day and to know what they think of this kind of simple watches. Great channel and keep the good work. Best regards
F-105 is my favorite; it's been 4 years in my collection and I don't want to put it away... small, superlight, perfect luminescence, long life battery, enough strong glass and a short band very suitable for small wrists.
My favorite pure Casio’s are the - A-168WA: similar layout as the F91W but on a bracelet with a bit more size. Even with the little bit of added size it still feels like you’re wearing nothing on your watch. Also has a much better backlight. Very Classy-o W800H-1AV : has that black resin aesthetic that Casio is famous for but with the best display of any pure Casio watch. Nice size for people with bigger wrists but still way less bulky than a G-Shock. Best watch for someone who has interest in g-shock but hates the bulky nature of them.
The Casio f108 series is another cool alternative, especially if you're into more funky colors other than just black (black is still an option though) On a kinda unrelated note it seems like Armitron released a few new retro digital/ani-digi watches that compete directly with the casio's that have metal bracelets. Where these come out ahead is that the cases are stainless rather than the plastic of the casio's. They're about $55 and there's a 20% coupon almost all the time. I think these would fit this channel very well as well as be a cool comparison video.
After a decade or more of no watch wearing, I've found that the low profile casio watches are a great option. When working they don't get in the way and the function they preform maker them almost perfect. The f-201wa is my current weapon of choice, warring on some OG options atm.
You have to check out the Casio W800H. It retails at $20, for which you get a budget G-Shock! It's got 2 of the triple 10's: 10bar water resistance, and 10 year battery life. I can't say whether or not it would survive a 10m drop, but I'm willing to bet $10 it would. It has almost all of the features of the standard DW5600: alarm, chronograph, decent backlight, and a second time zone (something my DW5600 doesn't have)! Plus, you can unlock the count down timer (the one missing feature compared to the 5600) with an easy mod at home. I was going to buy one at Walmart, but then I saw the DW5600 and I couldn't resist. Yet, I'm still considering getting one. It's only $16 at Walmart... another watch can't harm, right?
SKMEI 1412 is the better alternative for Casio F91. It looks similar but It has better backlight, better water resistance, and a lot cheaper. You need to get one and compare them side by side.
Am just beginning my vlogs on watches (in Filipino) and this channel has been my go to when it comes to watches information. And I am a big fan of casio and swatch. Also got small wrists so this video is of great help.
Still in love with my F91w but I would be very interested by an extra comparison point: the possibility (or not) to replace the original strap by a NATO or similars.
Been using it as my daily (The F105W) for some time now, and It gives great nostalgia from the iconic 91, while being a complete upgrade, and with everything perfected. Just flawless. Imo the best, here.
My fav. is W-86. I used to have as a kid. I'm going to buy one next month. That's the reason I'm here. I'm happy to revisit your channel after Ginault OR review. I have this watch and is my everyday watch so far. All the best!
Love my w59, wear it on a cheap black perlon. Tough enough, but replaceable. Wore it for a stand-up paddleboard lesson the other day. The wife asked me if I should take it off first. She went in twice, I didn't. Was utterly confident in it had I gone in though. Other daily watch is a a158w on a green perlon.
That W217 apparently has the same case shape as the solar version AL190, which happens to be very cool. However, that larger case makes more sense on the 190 due to its solar cells. Or, if someone wants/needs larger numbers, there they have it on the W217. The best movement IMO is in the "cushion" 640 sibling there. And I really like the W59 font decoration. It looks really 80s! ... to wrap things up, the F91 is just amazing for its simplicity and minimalism. I guess I like best the ones you like least! lol. Amazing video. Thanks and congrats for it
I like the Casio F105 the most and wear it to work everyday over my Apple Watch for several reasons: 1. The backlight is very bright. 2. It’s very thin and makes it easy to get my arm into tight fitting places at work. This also keeps it from constantly getting caught on long sleeves and jackets. 3. It’s so inexpensive that I don’t worry about it getting scratched or smashed. The strap will split and break long before the watch wears out. It’s a tough player for sure. The only thing I dislike about it is the overdone graphics, but I can live with it.
You've another good 30 years+ in ya man ;-D don't be daft! When I hit 60 I'm gonna treat myself to the botox.. then steroids... then new hips maybe? Might also pre-empt the old heart conditions and get some stents put in in advance - yes, I think of everything ! Then it's a one-way ticket to Ibiza!!! Oh and hair dye - my da's grey as get out so I'm sure I'll follow suit. I'm gonna say yes, yes and YES to turning 60!
May i suggest a casio g-shock, a square shock, any of the gwm5610, brings back the retro original style with a solar panel that will constantly recharge the battery so it just keeps going and going and going just as you will.
IainB i encourage you to try one out! Its 43mm wide but its so slim! Not like recent chunky Gs, its the only G-shock I own and exactly for the slim profile, it utilitarian but not too rugged, since its not the look I’m going for, happy watch hunting this Thanksgiving weekend! (Im in Canada)
For me Ben, I would say the B640 is a good alternative to your presented bunch because it's on a stainless steel bracelet, discrete to wear, versatile and definitely VFM. From your presentation though I love the 217. Enjoy the channel and my watch collection of Casios increases weekly because of you LOL!!
F105W was my first, so I'd have to stick with that given useable backlight and as good as any of the others for other worthwhile features. The one not included here but worth a mention is the CA53
Nice video. Let's face it, Casio name is probably more common than Rolex or Seiko. Why? Because it's accepted that any watch you buy from them is reliable, keeps excellent time, and don't cost an arm or a leg. You know you're getting quality no matter which one you buy. I would hazard a guess that the majority of watch collectors in the world own at least one Casio. Bring that W-86 on my friend. Keep them videos coming.
If one of the "features" of the original F91 is being "too small to hit", you should have totally added the A700 to the comparison, as a "fancier" Casio digital watch. It's a bit flatter, has some nice metallic strap variations, features better lighting like all of the newer models and still maintains that angular F91-inspired design
Ben, my favorite low-end Casio is the chrome + stainless A178WA-1AV, 32mm case width x 22 mm band width. Dual line square (contrasted with rectangular) display with three letter day (e.g. MON), month, and date on top and tall time on bottom, most similar to the W-217H (which lacks the month). Great illumination, black digits on a bright green background. Closest resin model I can find is the F-201WAM and its variants. Slightly larger at 34mm yet with a plastic case and band. Cheers, Ben.
My favorite is the f-86 because of the strong backlight which far surpasses the measly backlight of the f-91w. I also love the TEAL on the f-86 which makes it look like something out of a cyber punk or blade runner. Very very sexy. Cheers great video!
I like the W86 a lot! And the SKMEI 2056 is also worth mentioning as it is almost identical the F91W (Differences include a slightly less clear display, a much better light, and wilder colours).
Who here has heard of the B650?? I'm guessing most people, that like this brand & style, but... what the hell is the difference with the W217?? I've got both the W217 & finally got a price cut on a B650 (double the price for some reason!!) and out of these, its my fave, just because I'm a bit short-sighted and the numbers a very legible. Also, yes, its chunkier, but that means its more durable - I'm also a bit of a klutz with long arms and tend to bang my hands wayy to often, no matter how slick & slim the watch is, I'll always bang it somewhere...
I love Casio watches. I have the Casio AE-1200WHD-1AVEF which is similar in design to the Seiko that was worn by Roger Moore in the film A view to a kill. This Casio is a bargain and has 100m of water resistance. Of the watches you have reviewed I like the W-86. The W-86 looks the smartest in is not too oversized. Thanks for a great review.
Honestly, the F91w in spite of its shortcomings on the led light, is a classic! The F105w would be an alternative if the led light is important to you. What makes these models so popular is that it's unobtrusive--you barely feel it's there. I would personally go for the W217H model.
This video touches on the reason that Casio is king for any watch enthusiast who has obsessive tendencies, high expectations, and not much money. So many models with so many nuances of feature sets, fun to compare and memorize if you're that kind of nerd, cheap to acquire and accumulate, and more functional than the vast majority of luxury watches. And if you ever claw your way into the lower middle income bracket, the brand still offers somewhere to put that increasing disposable income.
I had W86 when I was in the army. Held really well, went through the mud and I swam with it. Eventually the strap broke and being a dumb grunt I used brute force to remove the pins and broke it. Now working as security and being a member of militia, I bought myself a new W86. I love it!
The W800H is also a really good one for similar price and similar size to the W217H. It’s also really tough and hardy. I always consider mine as like a miniature beginner G-Shock. It even has 100m WR and a good backlight. Excellent watch for the money as always with these sort of Casios.
They're all OK, but I'll stick with my simpler F-8 my Dad bought me in 1978. It's only on its second ever large battery since I've had it. Momentous work Casio!
I've been wearing f-105 for the last 2 years,, it's a great little watch,,nice lume. Been moded to black negative display with lcd polarizer, but back to original cause had legibility issue with negative display 😂
Since I saw one of your videos I decided to buy the (also cheap) Casio A700WEM-7AEF. At first I wasn’t sure about the manliness of the watch, but I’ve been wearing it confidently. For me, one of its best features is the display with great contrast and readability.
I was thinking of getting the F91W but I saw in some reviews about the backlight it has, then they suggested the F217 but they never mentioned the big difference in size which you did in this video. Now I discovered that there would be another alternative the F86 and F105, hopefully I can make up my mind before the year ends. Thanks for a wonderful review.
Definitely W202, its most elegant of them all, i just love its neo retro minimalistic look. Im gonna get one as soon as my F105's battery dies, which will be just in 5 years
Yesterday when I was walking away from buying beer at a local grocery store, I stepped on a black mass on the ground and thought I had dropped something. I picked it up and it was an old Casio F-28W marked Japan. It didn't have a band but all lugs were completely intact. The crystal suffered scratching from probably being the the grocery store floor all day.. I'm just glad an employee didn't throw it out! I felt so lucky to find it. Cheers
Definitely missed the W218H - though the price seems to vary from £15 to £40 depending on the colour. I have an orange one I picked up for about £16 a year ago and is my go to beater.
I have the B640 in silver with the stainless band. I picked that over the F91 and A158/A168 because I just liked the case shape and subdued color scheme on the dial. I know not everyone likes the bracelets on these lower end Casio models but I actually like it. For me it was the upgraded module that really made up my mind. You get more features and a much better backlight. So out of this bunch I'd have to go with my watch's resin banded cousin. Thanks for the video.
This style of Casio watches will never go out of fashion. They are a perfect every day watch, affordable, easy to maintain. Which one I like the most? The W86. I like the combination of Black and those green stripes and of course the illuminator option
Great video, when I was upgrading my F-91W I got the F-201WA as it has the timer function, dual time, slightly larger screen, bigger battery and better backlight. Looks a bit less retro but I kinda prefer the softer lines.
w202 is in a different league here and for me made the others obsolete. the countdown is a must and the button layout is like all their modern modules. Keep in mind the three year battery is with one daily alarm and One DOUBLE light usage ;)
If we’re sticking to this price level, I’d have said the W-86 before you made this video. I had one for years and it was perfect during many a military exercise. Small, takes a knock well and that backlight is phenomenal, particularly at the price. My advice would be to buy two, one on wrist and one as a spare. I lost mine a while ago and your video has rekindled an interest. Thank you
The W86 is my favorite of the list. You missed the famous F-108WH I've had one for about 6 years. It still has the original battery and despite the 30M WR I have put it through its paces by going swimming, pushing its buttons under water, showers, saunas, jacuzzi, beaches, you name it and it is still going like a champ. Casio is impressive and the best bang for the buck! Cheers!!!
The F-94W is a perfect alternative! The yellow highlights, and functional dial are an improvement on the F-91W face in my opinion. Roughly the same size, but much more minimal compared to the F91, makes for a cleaner looking watch overall. Great vid!
@@tomasrandom6430 bulky? its the only Casio that the screen doesn't look like an 80s television with tiny screen and huge bezels. If you exclude nostalgia, its the best casio watch, big letters, very readable layout, 100m water resisantce and 10 year battery, I prefer it even from my square. Its not by luck the best seller watch form amazon

You seem to have a lot of knowledge about these watches! Do any have a longer strap to better fit a large wrist?
@@caduceus33 That's not something I really take note of. I have a bunch though, I'll line them up and see how they stark next time I take them out.
As someone born in the 60's, it's a little strange seeing how popular these watches are, again. Testament to the design I guess.
brand recognition + low price level.
It's a classic style with crazy utility at a bargain price, they might still be popular in a century.

Digital, Edifice, and even sapphire line, Casio has some of the best watches in budget market!
That's a good assessment. They basically have a budget version of every expensive watch -- all the ones worth having, anyway.
@@KabobHope I would love to see quartz version of Seiko's new SRPE line. Those bezel less diver style dials look amazing!

F-105w has been my work watch for almost a year now. It’s been very reliable
What’s your wrist size ?
I personally like W202 the most, because it gives me that 80s sci-fi vibe for some reason.
I would probably add Casio F94 to that list of watches.
F94, yes... Couldn't agree more! A very underrated classic.
Expensive tho
For 10 bucks more you can get the AE1200 which is also a classic in its own right
Which is more comfortable/light ? F-91w or W-202
Exactly. W202 is the best here - better display/digits than F91 (and by far than W86), and 50m water resistant.
I love all the Casio watches and bought an A700 on the strength of your review. They are great and just such great bang for your buck!
I had the 105. If its really dark and you are in night vision its almost to bright.
Love the fact that you are still wearing gloves while holding the Casios. Love to look of the w-86.
Been rocking my w86 for years and still loving it to bits
W-202 For me.....love that it's a little different in shape, curved sides gives it a bit more presence on wrist without being too chunky, keep em coming Ben 👍💯
and it has the timer and the awesome light
Which is most comfortable? Im torn between f91w and the w202. I want a very light and comfortable watch, but would like to have the count down timer also...

Finally someone speaks w-59 its so hard to find reviews of it.
I have one of them. I just love it!
It's very good and the strap is formed already out of the box and so it's much more comfortable
What do you prefer w-59 or w217h?

W 202 is gorgeous imo ,classic clean styling.
Nothing can beat the Casio w800h for the functionality (especially after the timer mod and 5-alarms mod), and it's still a f91w family member that looks the part, talks the talk and walks the walk
too thick,or no?
W59 for me, definitely. It gets the look, but also 50m of WR
Wow. I didn't know half of these watches. Thank you for putting this all together, man.
Glad you enjoyed!
W-86 is my fav Casio, got another one recently at Argos for £11!
It’s gotta be the 105 for me. I don’t wear it outdoors anymore, but had it since 5th grade. (In HS now.) it’s been in pockets with keys and coins for years and scratched to hell and back. Still works perfectly!
I'd say the A700 was top tier as well! Especially that silver one! I bought mine straight after watching your vid!
I bought the 217h with 100m of water resistance and larger numbers/better legibility, I’m very happy with my purchase. Thank you for great content. Cheers from Texas
Would it be good for smaller wrists ?
Like the f-105, it's more retro looking with a modern back light. Best of both worlds.
After watching your review I decided to buy the W86 and the F105 and the A168. At the cheap prices you can. All three are 1sec/week. Thanks.
F-105 is my favorite; it's been 4 years in my collection and I don't want to put it away... small, superlight, perfect luminescence, long life battery, enough strong glass and a short band very suitable for small wrists.
What size wrist do you have ?
@@xxsilver_gamingxx389 15,5 cm circumference, more and less
My favorite pure Casio’s are the -
A-168WA: similar layout as the F91W but on a bracelet with a bit more size. Even with the little bit of added size it still feels like you’re wearing nothing on your watch. Also has a much better backlight. Very Classy-o
W800H-1AV : has that black resin aesthetic that Casio is famous for but with the best display of any pure Casio watch. Nice size for people with bigger wrists but still way less bulky than a G-Shock. Best watch for someone who has interest in g-shock but hates the bulky nature of them.
The Casio f108 series is another cool alternative, especially if you're into more funky colors other than just black (black is still an option though)
On a kinda unrelated note it seems like Armitron released a few new retro digital/ani-digi watches that compete directly with the casio's that have metal bracelets.
F-105 is my at-home-and-light-tasks choice. Nice little watch with great light.
Partly why I like the lugs on the w59 and a158. Perlon straps fit, and they're very adjustable for smaller wrists
Been using it as my daily (The F105W) for some time now, and It gives great nostalgia from the iconic 91, while being a complete upgrade, and with everything perfected. Just flawless. Imo the best, here.
Just wondering if you have gotten water on it and how is it
w 86, best looking, loving casios atm with their new designs and tech.
My fav. is W-86. I used to have as a kid. I'm going to buy one next month. That's the reason I'm here.
I'm happy to revisit your channel after Ginault OR review. I have this watch and is my everyday watch so far. All the best!
Excellent video, really cool Casio watches, the W-59 my favorite
Your website has single handedly got me going down the Casio rabbit hole, great stuff!
The CASIO watch brand is a very reliable watch brand cuz I have 3 of them and even with the bands busted or worn out the watch itself still works
I liked the W86 for all the right reasons you suggested. Also that turquoise colour around the dial adds a nice little twist.
Your 217h says 50m of WR. Mine is 100. I can’t figure that out.
Love my w59, wear it on a cheap black perlon. Tough enough, but replaceable. Wore it for a stand-up paddleboard lesson the other day. The wife asked me if I should take it off first. She went in twice, I didn't. Was utterly confident in it had I gone in though.
Other daily watch is a a158w on a green perlon.
heck yeah, perlon straps, another style/feature in desperate need of a comeback
I just passed my 60th birthday last week so a watch with a 7 year battery life would go a long way to seeing me out.
@@amberhiggins6327 Cheers Amber.
@@bens8763 Thank you Ben. If I can find any of those in an under 40mm case size I might just go for one.
I have the W800h, it's like wearing a little TV on your wrist.
The w202 looks really nice
Look at the Casio F94WA-8. It definitely looks cool with the Mode indicator.
He already reviewed the A700 series
Ben, my favorite low-end Casio is the chrome + stainless A178WA-1AV, 32mm case width x 22 mm band width. Dual line square (contrasted with rectangular) display with three letter day (e.g. MON), month, and date on top and tall time on bottom, most similar to the W-217H (which lacks the month). Great illumination, black digits on a bright green background.
Closest resin model I can find is the F-201WAM and its variants. Slightly larger at 34mm yet with a plastic case and band. Cheers, Ben.
I freaking love this channel!
My favorite is the f-86 because of the strong backlight which far surpasses the measly backlight of the f-91w. I also love the TEAL on the f-86 which makes it look like something out of a cyber punk or blade runner. Very very sexy. Cheers great video!
I personally like the W-202 best. You should take a look at the Timex T80!
Would the w217 be good for smaller wrists ?
This video touches on the reason that Casio is king for any watch enthusiast who has obsessive tendencies, high expectations, and not much money. So many models with so many nuances of feature sets, fun to compare and memorize if you're that kind of nerd, cheap to acquire and accumulate, and more functional than the vast majority of luxury watches. And if you ever claw your way into the lower middle income bracket, the brand still offers somewhere to put that increasing disposable income.
What about the W-800H-1AVES a neat four button Casio ⌚️
I had W86 when I was in the army. Held really well, went through the mud and I swam with it. Eventually the strap broke and being a dumb grunt I used brute force to remove the pins and broke it.
Now working as security and being a member of militia, I bought myself a new W86. I love it!
The W800H is also a really good one for similar price and similar size to the W217H. It’s also really tough and hardy. I always consider mine as like a miniature beginner G-Shock. It even has 100m WR and a good backlight. Excellent watch for the money as always with these sort of Casios.
ruclips.net/video/ltW4RmbH_mE/видео.html G Shock......
Casio is top brand! 😉👌
Update ?
He died. RIP
Definitely W202, its most elegant of them all, i just love its neo retro minimalistic look. Im gonna get one as soon as my F105's battery dies, which will be just in 5 years
Get it now, while you still can. If you don't use the alarms or backlight, the battery life should be almost the same as its shelf life, or 7+ years.
and the w202 has both the timer and the good light
My fav: F-105 🏆
This style of Casio watches will never go out of fashion. They are a perfect every day watch, affordable, easy to maintain. Which one I like the most? The W86. I like the combination of Black and those green stripes and of course the illuminator option
the F105W is probably the best since its an exact lookalike of the classic "terrorist casio" but with a superior EL backlight
Which is more comfortable/light ? F-91w or W-202
Thank you
Just found your channel. Loved the presentation. Looks like I've found a new hobby! Keep up the great work.
Welcome aboard!
Great vid!
I like the W217H because it has bigger numbers. Definitely a bonus when my vision problems are flaring up!
Would the w217 be good for smaller wrists ?
I would say you missed Casio W-800H
I keep thinking I’ll get one of those but there’s something that I can’t put my finger in that I didn’t like.
