Really like the bike color ! Do you prefer the new Rise LT or new Wild for riding the BC Sea to Sky blacks and 'easy' double blacks tech trails ? (which is what I am riding now, mostly Squamish) I currently have a Heckler SL and love the weight, amamzing when pointed downhill, which is about the same weight as the new Rise LT but was looking at something without the Fazua motor.
@@WonderRacoon I’m a Wild guy. I think this bike is insane and I feel I can ride everything on it without hesitation

I really like this bike, I just want to ask, in case of a stem breakage, do I have to go with the stock one due to the cables integration or can I fit one of my own?
You can purchase a headset cover (Orbea calls it a collector) that allows the use of standard mtb stems. So while a stem breakage is very very rare, and I have never really seen it. If it does, or you just want to run your favorite stem, you could replace it with any stem.
Great review! Much appreciated! 🤙 this bike literally rides wild!! How much faster do you think the Bosch race motor is in comparison to the Bosch cx motor ?
It is not sponsored. I do, however, ride for Orbea. It is my natural riding and you can see how capable the bike is if that provides any value for you. The bike is truly amazing. No exaggeration.
@GeoffGulevich thanks! You were a big reason I bought a rise in 2021 showing what it was capable of. It's been a good bike....creaking suspension aside! The new wild ticks a lot of boxes on paper for me, looking forward to this review 👍
@@lukenukem1164 I feel you had to keep the linkage clean on the Rise. The new Wild has been in nothing but mud and snow and it’s riding like a dream. I’m a happy guy
Thats the way to review the wild. Good video thanks.
I just bought one!! Thanks for sharing its a beast of a bike, smoth and silent😮
Glad you liked it!!! It’s so good
amazing bike, how many kms can-you get of the small battery in average?
Should have the actual range numbers online.
I haven’t killed a full battery yet
Bike looks sick. Definitely pick one up if I win the lottery!
good call

I’m not certain. I’ve not heard of any failures, if that helps

Will the new mullet rocker link fit last years model?
@@bostondye3736 that is a great question. I imagine due to the change and travel, probably not. I can get clarification on that.
Orbea‘s official position is no, the new rocker link will not work on the older generation wild

The last gen race motor I used was pretty neat. Unnecessary but a lot of fun
