    It is very clear that because of NRI investors, this hyderabad real estate is overpriced and become a headache to normal employees who want to buy house and settle in Hyderabad. This is very very big loss for hyderabad employees.

      NRI are sending mney to india and investing through ppl living in india with help of parents or relatives. Cant do anything , all this happens due to multiple jobs and wfh in foreign

      @@neelapraveen2002 End of the day every family need money, that's it. I mean in our Telugu states families(KCR family, CBN family, YSR family) only rule. If it is NRI money, they reach the target very quickly.

    I feel Nandigaon will become premium because of lush green surroundings and peaceful locality. It is very close to upcoming Kollur’s largest SDZ. Prices are moving up fast too.

    I think it will easily touch 60K. In Aparna western meadows the minimum resale price is 60K. Compare to Aparna the HMDA venture closure to Neopolis and Gachibowli.

    Bhanur is also very good place, it's next to mokila and plots are still available at very low prices there. 25k for panchayat plots and 35k for HMDA plots. It will increase now because of mokila and kokapet auctions.

    Its a mafia..do not fall in the trap.Real estate brokers in collusion with HMDA rules,are unnaturally escalating the price.Its very simple if you are ready to forego 1L..You bid for 70K /sqyd and do not pay any further after you win the bid.Samething happened in Medipally,Bachupally lay outs.Not even 20% paid the final amount.Anything above 30K,sense that nearby real brokers are jacking prices..Sincere advise,do not go above 30K.

    Hi All, i visited this layout today. It has lot of up and downs and it is a farm land at this moment.. It may take atleast 5 years to live. I registered but decided not to go for auction now. Not worth to invest 1cr now. Please visit the site before you invest. A big No.

      Outside ORR, most of the layouts are with good drainage and stp system... However better to do research about location or. Particular layout upto September and then invest 🙂

    Why the apartments from reputed builders (like My home, Rajapushpa, Prestige etc) charge high price compared to other builders? Is it because of construction quality, amenities and or maintenance?
    Can I invest in a flat during their project launch and get appreciation by the time they handover the flat? Pls answer

    Other thing we need to consider,7.5 Registration charges on auction amount ,If plot rate is 1 crore 30 Lakh,then around 10 lakhs extra for registration

    Kollur side Nenu buy cheyadaniki try chesthanu but mostly they quoting 35000 to 60000 per square yard. Meru video around 15000 is the best option.
    HDMA Layout vunta please suggest my budget is around 50lakhs

      If few people wantedly purchase at high price then I'm helpless
      Do u think 1 lakh per yard is worth..
      Come on vijay gaaru leave me aside,now u try to analyse as a common man in which way Hyderabad real estate market going
      It's purely a game played by big people in society most of us know 🙂

      @@hyderabadinvestmentguru3388 Sir, Demand and supply matters, Neopolis and upcoming SEZ nearby will definitely increased the price, if you see Bachupally and Mokila, Mokila proved better place during auction, ORR and surroundings might become new city with wide roads & infrastructure, if you give me land in chandanagar and orr exits, I will prefer ORR exit keeping in mind longterm investment and wait for new city to be formed which will give more returns than old city (inside ORR)

      @@hyderabadinvestmentguru3388 I know there will be Aparna, Rajapushpa, My Home and Govt agents in the auction to bid it high and thus increase the values of their lands in the vicinity .
      Which will also provide a case for them to jack up the prices.
      When Govt has such a large land bank, only auctioning 50 plots speaks a lot about their ill intentions.
      Let us see how many normal people they can fool this time .
