It is completely your problem and inefficiency as unable to purchase house with 20LPA. Check out Bachupally and Ameenpur and Manikonda areas. You will find better options.

Good infra? Joke of the decade.. Hyd can't even bear one full night of rain.. No vision to develop city like Newyork or Dallas.. even in US we get good villa with 1000 sqyds with same price as we see in Hyderabad right now. This all boom was created by BRS. Who on earth buy 100cr per acre when you have acres of land just out side neopolis. No proper drainage system no underground electricity no central parks.. Amaravati is going to be big green city in next coming decade.

There is huge scope for growth in Amaravati now for investments. Rates increase will be a lot more there compared to Hyderabad which is already a saturated market. I purchased plots in Hyd near patancheruvu 2 years back. No increase till now.

@@lankasudheer5494I am strictly opposed to high rises like 55-60 floors. They are charging 3 cr for such apartments! Villas are another matter. They are even more overpriced, and impossible for most buyers to purchase.

Even also the capital cannot be changed like he did previously, more over hyd real estate is highly inflated no one can buy, hence people looking for investing in Andhra, so that they can get good returns. Here only brokers and middle men are earning than buyer or seller
@@passions9730 if you see Amaravati prices 30 to 60k per yard where there is no roads, infrastructure, do you think this is not inflated price? In Hyderabad we have still plots are available for 15,20k near ORR with proper infrastructure. Hyderabad prices are little inflated due to andhra agents and brokers after 2019. Now, they are all already moved and inflated amaravathi. Better stick to Hyderabad and get good returns in long run. Don’t go with hyped market in amaravathi woth zero hope and infrastructure.

But areas like Thukkuguda,Maheshwaram,Adibatla, kongarkalan,Rudraram,ismailkhanpet still reasonable for investment of plots
Hyd real is very costly ,,so amaravati(between vijayawada guntur)is best investment destination as on this situation
