Just tried using my sewing machine fir the first time. I so want to make some fleece pads for my guinea pigs cage so we can save on bedding. Unfortunately I am REALLY bad at using a sewing machine. Not sure what I did wrong but there is a ton of thread bunched up instead of an even line😭😭😭
My aunt showed me how to sew when I was 10, I'm now 43. I was able to repair a seam on a duvet cover with your video. Not going to win prizes for sewing straight, but that duvet cover will be good for a while longer and I didn't have to buy a new one. Yay for me!
My 10-yr-old daughter and I are indebted to you for this wonderfully clear video. We bought this exact model last week and were so frustrated by the "instructions" as we could not even thread it. But after watching this, we were both so excited to try again, and it worked! She is so proud of making her first pillow! Thank you for the inspiration and the much-needed help. We will be watching all of your tutorials.

I'm so grateful for this! I'm a woman in my 30s who has suddenly just decided to learn to sew...and I don't think I would have figured out my new sewing machine without this video.
If you've just decided to learn to sew don't listen to this guy he doesn't know what in the world he's talking about. I'm embarrassed for him and scared for anybody who he's failing to teach
He doesn't speak in condescending tones. I truly like that part. I hate videos, and those old tv shows where the woman talks to you like you're a child. You keep on learning here. Tock will explain it. If you're confused, ask him. Good luck. Naysayers go away.

This is 1000% the best "introduction to sewing machines" video. I appreciate your way of breaking it down so simply and succinctly. Honestly the machines seem intimidating, but you made it less so. Blessed be.
Your video here has taken a lot of the mystery out sewing. And you've answered the question I've had for the last fifty years--how do sewing machines sew?--with the animation insert @1:19. Thank you. Your entire presentation was concise and cogent. I have subscribed.
Hey man, I hope you see this. I got my new sewing machine a couple of days ago. I’m a young 22 year old who’s aspiring to get into textiles. As someone who has autism and struggles to follow instructions or understand mechanics, you’ve made this SO easy for me to understand and complete. You are very easy to listen to and make enjoyable content. I was fricken infuriated by some other the other videos but man I’m glad I found you. Please keep doing what you’re doing as it helps young guys like me who have trouble learning/learning difficulties. Edit : I just wanted to express the rage I had at some other videos because I couldn’t understand their instructions or I should say they didn’t articulate them as well as I needed them to. The sense of relief man watching this. Seriously, you don’t know how much you can help people! You’re saving people like me a lot of stress and pain and you’re amazing for it. Thank you brother. Much love from the UK
I was getting frustrated myself and wanted to explode, I'm half way in with a baby and dog on me, asd son is going ham on Minecraft making noise but this video for some reason helped me process and calm the environment around me
We are using this machine in my 7th grade sewing class. It is great to have someone that the students can relate to teaching them how to use it. They love Tock Custom. Thanks!
My mother was a seamstress and I often wondered how a sewing machine worked as I wasn’t interested back then, silly me.. You have shown me exactly how and I sincerely thank you. I don’t have one I just wanted to know cause I am a mechanic who likes to know how things work.
Thank you for this comment, I actually started sewing because I was curious how clothes were actually made... I just happened to fall in love with it along the way! Hope you're having a great weekend!
And this is why I love RUclips. I'm 60 y.o. never sewed before, inherited a sewing machine, which has sat in the garage for 2 years. after watching this, I'm getting it out and putting it to work. Thank you for making it look easy 😏
I’m a 61-year-old woman and I’ve never song before in my life. My mom used to sell and make clothes for us when we were little sometimes. I used to watch her and thought it looked fun, but I never sewed anything before. I thought I’d take it up as a hobby. I must say you are an excellent instructor. You’re clear concise to the point. You explain clearly and go over once again more challenging aspects. I’m going to be a new subscriber cheer channel. I think your excellent!
This is the difference between a good teacher and someone who is just showing you what to do. I can actually conceptualize what this man is saying thank you! I guess to each their own
Thank you! I’ve owned a sewing machine for years but haven’t actually used one since Home Ec - 20 years ago. I’m at home with nothing but time and your concise lesson was just what I needed to make masks for essential workers in my community.
Thank you for this video. You went slow enough for me to understand and follow along. I have never used a sewing machine but always wanted to learn. Looking forward to watching your other videos.
Fantastic tutorial. I can tear down a Catt 3108, replace a high pressure injector line at sea on a Perkins 6354... But I could not for the life of me figure out our Singer basic machine. Thanks to Tock Custom I am repairing socks, shirts and other items, giving them a longer life. And saving us from buying new cloths when we don't need to. Really appreciate the work that went into this video!
I bought this exact model because of watching this video. Thank you for breaking this down step by step. I had to rewind a few times to see a few steps but it was still laid out very well. I don't feel nearly as intimated after watching this awesome tutorial. Thank you!
Thank you. I watched half a dozen "tutorial" videos before finally stumbling upon your video. I wish I found this video first. Zooms in when and where needed and explains everything perfectly!
You are such a breath of fresh air watching you sew and teaching others. I'm a grandma and haven't sewn in 30 years; however, I just bought a simple machine and I am going to do a lot of practicing before I go full force, so to speak. I have also been telling my (male) baristas at the local Starbuck's about how you sew and teach with your videos. Anyway, thanks for the tutorials and keep adding them, please.
Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and positive comment! I really appreciate the support and telling folks about my channel :) Seriously, appreciate the help!
This video is super convenient especially considering I just bought this exact sewing machine before finding this video and have never used one in my life. Can't wait to get into it.
Hi Tock Custom. I've had a sewing machine my late mother gifted to me over 12 years ago and I've never used it because I don't know how to sew on a sewing machine. It's been sitting in it's case all these years and I refuse to get rid of it because I do want to learn. Your video came up randomly and I quickly clicked on it. It was very precise. I think the one my mother gifted me was a singer but I will have to take it out and see. That machine is VERY HEAVY so I don't mess with it lol. New subscriber and I will be following. Thank you and I will be binge watching your videos to catch up :-)
I'm so happy to hear that this was so helpful! Yeah those old machines are a BEAST, but they last forever. They just lack some of the convenient features of modern sewing machines. Would love to hear if you get it running :)
A week ago I told my mom that I wanted to start sewing. She gave me some advice and has been walking me through a few things. This video gives me the jump start I need to get going. Thank you!
Mr Tock! I really love your video for two things. That you mentioned that you can pull the thread through the eye of the needle manually and the automatic threader. I struggled with the automatic threading method for more than a whole day untill I saw your video. Tried many others before. Thanks so much! ❤️❤️❤️
I'm a beginner seamstress learning to make costumes and am so clueless with sewing. Looks like we have the exact same model too so I know I can rely on your tutorial for my new journey with sewing. I just hope I dont prick myself to death making mistakes XD thanks again for the instruction
Got my first sewing machine today after not having used one since home ec. in grade 7, but I need to repair a lot of things. My mom never taught me to sew even though she was a seamstress. I like your presentation style and how clear it was. I'm looking forward to watching your other videos.
WOW... My mom sewed for decades, tried to teach me since my teens, (didn't work out, a.d.d. or something). I can thread the needle and load a bobbin and do simple stitching. Long story shortened... I've always wondered how the stitch was formed b/w needle and bobbin and your inset illus. finally answered that!!! I am now 49 years old and my brain feels a little more at peace today. Thank you!! New sub just on that alone.
I am so glad I found you! You break it down simply with your instructions, and I’m so excited to learn. My mom gave me a sewing machine, and the last time I had it out was 18 years ago on my dining room table. I went outside to play with my daughter and tore my ACL and never looked at my sewing machine again today. I’m pumped thanks!
Omg IM so thankful i found this! I got a sewing machine when i was 16, used it once or twice but couldn’t figure it out, I’m 32 time to dig that thing out now that i have time!!! Excited!!!
That's excellent! Hope you have fun making some great new projects. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions, or if you'd like to share your work. Hope you have a terrific weekend
Same...looking to use my MIL's machine to do some motorcycle jacket work. Covid has me doing so crazy schtuff...and learning to sew is getting added to the list...LOL..thanks man!
@@TockCustom do you think this beginners machine is good enough to sew zipper on a thick tarp? There's no instructional video for beginner's regarding sewing on thick material
I've had my sewing machine for well over a year and have struggled with learning how to use it since. This is the first of at least 15 videos I've watched that actually made sense to me! I seriously can't explain how excited I am. lol Thank you so much!
I’m a 54 yo never sewing before, I thought I’m gonna redo my outside furniture cushions,,,,, what! A month later I watched your video and now I know how to use the sewing machine.. I had know idea of the bob mechanics that add thread … etc etc. thanks a million ! Now I can move forward with my summer project
I'm new to sewing, mostly for damage repair, and ive learned so much in a short time from your videos. My mother spent her adult life in front of a sewing machine and this brings so many memories for me. Thanks a bunch. I made my first straight stitch today and I felt like I just won the game !
If you ever make anything, you are always a winner. Keep it up, and let me know if you have any questions along the way. Thanks a ton for watching buddy!
Brand new to this, old retired guy, sick of asking others to do some sewing repairs and things for me.Got a newbasic machine with high hopes.Well presented video, good camera shots, well explained. Thanks for posting, new sub.
Thanks a ton for the new sub! Hope you enjoy learning some new sewing skills, please reach out if you have any questions along the way. Hope you have a wonderful week!
I needed a foolproof beginner to sewing video so I can start using a sewing machine. I made a blanket years ago but it was horrible looking but everyone wanted to use it because I doubled the bunting and it was warm as you could get. Now I can start really learning so I can teach my adult daughter so she can sew as well. Thank you Sir for your channel
Love the practical, efficient, and descriptive way you walked through everything. It really helped since I'm at the very beginning of my learning journey. Thank you!
Absolute best tutorial I have ever seen! I have been trying to learn for years! And now I’m more confident in beginning my sewing journey thanks to you!! I am absolutely grateful for this Thank You!
Truly excellent tutorial. Clear, concise, too the point, excellent close up angles especially when I needed to thread the needle. Never used a machine until today and decided to use this lockdown to learn a new skill. Well done Tock❤️
One thing I have found, in these later years, is that my eyesight has changed. I use a needle threder on my sewing needle, hand and machine, because I can't see the small slit in the needle anymore. Just a suggestion.
I'm a nearly 63 year old man, and I could never understand how a sewing machine worked. Your one simple graphic was somewhat mind-blowing. *lol* I always thought I'd learn to sew someday, and now being retired, I'm going to! Thanks for the video. You have a new subscriber.
Thank you so much for watching and the positive comments :) That little animation was a great find to share with everyone. I can't take credit, but still happy to teach what I can.
Thank you so much for the positive feedback, so happy this was helpful to get your started! Let me know if you have any other questions along the way :)
Thank you so much. I just ordered a machine - I've always wanted to learn, and you are a great teacher. I'll be watching all of your videos. thanks a million.
Thank you SO much for this video and more to come. I put away my machine years ago out of frustration having problems I wouldn’t have had had I viewed this video. I’m excited to learn more. I have a Viking since 1980 and also have a straight stitch very old Singer both unused for years so I’m going to give myself a test with your video at hand!!! Thank you again!!!
I just ordered a sewing machine, fabric, and stuff. Going to have loads of fun making home made aprons for the kids for our new work shop setup. Great video, thanks!
I'm just looking at the instructions (I'm a beginner) for the Singer 4432. Just letting you know, (according to MY instructions in the Singer manual, that are VERY hard to follow)... After the thread leaves the main spool/when you are trying to fill your bobbin, it wraps DIFFERENTLY around that first silver thing(before it heads back to your bobbin.) Different than what Tock shows here. So I guess we have to Look at our OWN manual. I don't know why Singer doesn't just hire this guy TOCK to make videos for them. I can SEE and UNDERSTAND Tock's videos, but the drawings in the Singer manual is really difficult to follow... I'm guessing that each machine wraps the thread it's own way. C'MON Singer! Get this guy to make your videos!!! res.cloudinary.com/singer-sewing/image/upload/v1572777241/Singer-Website-Library/Manuals/Products_manuals/SINGER_4423_Sewing_Machine_bmigod.pdf
Hope this helped you get started - I did my best to keep it simple. After you get used to it, you'll feel a lot more comfortable with it :) Have a great day!!
My wife dumped some more sewing on my desk and I think it's time to mechanize...Thanks for the video which is well-structured, presented in a calm voice with no annoying background music.
This was a very simple and clean video. I actually learned how to thread the machine . Now just to get it. I feel way more confident trying to learn to use a sewing machine
Very happy to hear this was so helpful. Hope you've been able to get a machine you like and start making some cool stuff since then. Sorry for the late reply!
Bro thanks! Like many dudes we think this isn’t in our wheelhouse or let “the women do it”. This is exactly what I need to repair or rework some of my Police and a Military gear. Hot glue and Velcro can only take me so far 😆
For sure, there is nothing stronger than good stitch-work, even contact cement. I never got caught up in the "Men shouldn't sew thing", once people saw what I was making, people were more excited than judgmental :)
I've repaired a few machines and got a bit interested in making "something" Have now watched a couple of your videos and will watch more. My wife doesn't sew but, has some friends I've been able to bounce questions off of. Those like most women doing sewing videos, "assume" that the viewer knows the terminology and some of the process. Your pocket video immediately solved a problem in pattern directions for me. Then went to buttons. I'll be continuing but, wanted to THANK you for your clarity of directions in a way that even this ol' guy could understand. Beginner at 76...lol
Thank you so much for sharing this comment! It makes me very happy to have been part of you learning some techniques and getting excited about making new things. I really appreciate your kind words. It's never too late to make a change or learn a new skill in life. I'm very excited you have something new to get into! Have a terrific week :)
I'm making a removable tonneau cover for my Model A Coupe hotrod....NO ONE I reached out to showed ANY interest in sewing the edges up for me! My wife said she had a machine she got years ago and has never opened, it's this exact machine! I want to thank you for the clear and concise instruction. This will allow me to finish the edges on the cover. I'll probably be able to make my own interior panels and seat covers now!!
I am very thankful! I've watched many tutorials none of them had the good easy and simple explaining as you do, i thought it's complicated dealing with sewing machine but your video changed the whole idea! you really did a good job thank you again 😭😻!!
I really appreciate this comment! When i was new at sewing, I wish there were some more clear tutorials out there, so I figured I'd start making my own :) Thanks for watching, hope you have a terrific week!
I have a Singer sewing machine that I inherited from my mother in law. The instruction booklet is terrible and I couldn't figure out how to thread the machine. This video made doing that perfectly clear and now I can begin sewing again. Thanks so much for posting this. Looking forward to viewing the rest of your videos.
This is thee video to watch if your a beginner . I wish I seen this last night I was up all night watching non helpful videos I don’t even have this kind of machine but he explained it and showed it to where I can actually SEE, so well I go it !!!! Thank you so much 😊 thank you 🙏🏽
I'm looking to begin upcycling some thrifted clothes but I'm not sure what machine to get. Could you do a video comparing different sewing machines for beginners?
Thank you so much for putting up this video. The whole thing allowed someone who has never touched a sewing machine before to showing middle schoolers how to sew in a matter of minutes!
Thank you so much!! I bought my Singer about 10 years ago and have not been able to sew anything!!! I recently got into miniatures and decided to pull it out again! Your tutorial is simple and straight to the point! I was able to make my curtains and bedding for my miniature house!!! Thanks so much!!!
Wrong. The first thing you need to do after you unbox this is get out a ton of stickers and attack your machine THEN plug in the pedal etc. etc. lol! Thanks Tock. I was a chicken before I watched this video but now I am transformed into a sewing whiz...well almost. :-D
I've had a similar sewing machine in my closet downstairs for YEARS; even took a class to learn; nope - could not figure out how to thread the thing... until NOW; Thanks!! a new project for my daughter and I to start together!!

This man's sewing machine looks badass lol I'm now encouraged to get a sewing machine and learn. I have a few patches that I want to sew on. Great time to learn *shrug Thank you!
Thanks a ton! Yeah I have some other videos on how to make custom patches and sew them onto stuff. It's really cool to make original stuff from scratch, especially custom patches :)
Many, many thanks for this! I've sat in front of the same machine for hours yesterday cursing at the instructions, and now it's all clear to me how to do the bobbin and threading thing. Very helpful - thanks again!
i REALY ENJOYIED YOUR VIDEO. I'm a 75 year old man, and I have only done a little sewing. I never understood how it worked. My first sewing machine was a 1949 Singer, with separate button hole attachments and other attachments which I never learned how to use. The drive wheel developed a flat spot due to being stored for several years with the wheel engaged. I bought another sewing machine, which was a Singer 32 function stitch machine which I didn't have much luck with, but I am going to try again.
Thank you for such a thorough and informative video. Especially thank you for a true beginner’s lesson. You’ve got yet another new subscriber. I am very interested in mending items...broken handles on bags, ripped pockets inside of bags, torn cuffs on otherwise useful clothing, etc. Looking forward to learning more from you. 🍁
Happy to have your support! I'm still new to making videos, but I'll have lots of new stuff coming out over the winter. Hope you're having fun learning the basics and making some new stuff :)
thank you for this. I now know what I was doing wrong. I was tying the threads together. making christmas gifts just became much easier. .... *puts fists in air* " I don't have to hand sew anymore!!!"
I loved it. I am a 68 year old woman who has been isolating because of COVID19. I have always wanted to learn how to sew and this is the time. You are an amazing teacher. I totally understand your instructions. That's big for this young older woman. I feel like I am looking at one of my sons, you know the one with patience to teach an old dog.

Isn't curiosity wonderful? Sometimes.
And this is why I love RUclips. I'm 60 y.o. never sewed before, inherited a sewing machine, which has sat in the garage for 2 years. after watching this, I'm getting it out and putting it to work. Thank you for making it look easy 😏
That's terrific to hear, hope you enjoy getting used to your machine and planning out what kinds of projects you'd like to make :)
I guess to each their own
36 and just bought this machine. Great video! Thank you!
20 years after my last sewing project, I forgot a bunch of the finer points. This was perfect as a refresher with no nonsense.
Thank you for the positive comment! Hope you enjoy getting back into sewing! :)
Thank you! I’ve owned a sewing machine for years but haven’t actually used one since Home Ec - 20 years ago. I’m at home with nothing but time and your concise lesson was just what I needed to make masks for essential workers in my community.
You're very welcome! Thank you for watching :) Hope you're doing terrific this week
I appreciate that you used a basic machine! I just bought an older model sewing machine and this was the most helpful video. Thank you so much!!
Thank you for this video. You went slow enough for me to understand and follow along. I have never used a sewing machine but always wanted to learn. Looking forward to watching your other videos.
You're very welcome, thank you for watching for the positive comment. Hope you're already having some fun making new things :)
Thank you!
Excellent! Happy this was so helpful! Hope you start making some amazing things
Thank you. I watched half a dozen "tutorial" videos before finally stumbling upon your video. I wish I found this video first. Zooms in when and where needed and explains everything perfectly!
I truly appreciate this comment! I'm always happy when people notice what I'm trying to do to help beginners. Hope you're having a terrific week!
Can't wait to get into it.
oh god! it is the first time that I know a man who guide to sewing..it is amazing in my country. a new friend from Viet Nam!
Yay! I'm so happy you found my channel! Hope these videos are helpful to you, happy to meet you and to have a new friend from across the world
My mother just gave me my grandmothers Singer 288, so I’m going to learn how to use it to tailor pants, thank you
Awesome! Enjoy your projects this winter!
I just found your channel and I've never seen a cool guy sewing clothes, it makes me happy
Makes me very happy too! Glad you enjoyed, more to come soon too 😄
One of the best How To videos I've seen. Right to the point and visually crystal clear.
Much appreciated my friend, happy to help. Hope you have a great week!
This is the first sewing video that I watch that makes so much sense and so easy to follow, no nonsense no bunch of chatter,Great video thank you much
A week ago I told my mom that I wanted to start sewing. She gave me some advice and has been walking me through a few things. This video gives me the jump start I need to get going. Thank you!
That's terrific! Happy this was helpful, hope you have some cool projects in mind 😁
Hi Tommy
@@goodjob769 nnn65n you ú
An occasional prick won't kill you.🤣
Got my first sewing machine today after not having used one since home ec. in grade 7, but I need to repair a lot of things.
Hahahaha, I love that animation. It was mind-blowing for me too, yet so simple! I appreciate the sub, thanks for watching :D
I just bought my first sewing machine a used old Singer Electronic. Thanks for this video. Who else here has purchased their first in 2019?
I'm pretty sure I've bought at least one sewing machine every year since I started... so do I still qualify?
Omg IM so thankful i found this! I got a sewing machine when i was 16, used it once or twice but couldn’t figure it out, I’m 32 time to dig that thing out now that i have time!!! Excited!!!
That's excellent! Hope you have fun making some great new projects. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions, or if you'd like to share your work. Hope you have a terrific weekend
And this is how you get a new subscriber. Perfect video
Seriously, this comment means a lot. Thank you!
Same...looking to use my MIL's machine to do some motorcycle jacket work. Covid has me doing so crazy schtuff...and learning to sew is getting added to the list...LOL..thanks man!
Agreed!!
thank you - this is exactly the sort of thing I was looking for
subscribed!
My mother was a tailor sewed my new blue jeans
Do heros wear capes ??
Well this one make his own 😂
Thanks man for the video 👍
Hell yeah! Oooo I should do a video on capes and cloaks! Good call
@@TockCustom Please inclue some pockets, deep ones. That would be fabulous, hoods too please. 💜
This one has a mighty beard :)
Happy to help any time my friend! Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help. Hope you're having fun with some new projects!
i was always fascinated with sewing machines. they are like an industrial process on a small scale. love the video
I truly appreciate such a positive comment! Hopefully you're having fun getting into sewing and making some cool new projects
N S I see you like Linkin Park, do you like BMTH too?
Truly excellent tutorial. Clear, concise, too the point, excellent close up angles especially when I needed to thread the needle. Never used a machine until today and decided to use this lockdown to learn a new skill. Well done Tock❤️
I'm soooooooo happy this was so helpful! Thank you so much for such a positive comment :D
One thing I have found, in these later years, is that my eyesight has changed. I use a needle threder on my sewing needle, hand and machine, because I can't see the small slit in the needle anymore.
Just a suggestion.
I just realized how freaking awesome sewing machines are found a new hobby thanks
Literally the best beginner video I found until now. Absolutely fantastic! 🧡
Thank you so much for the positive feedback, so happy this was helpful to get your started! Let me know if you have any other questions along the way :)
Thank you so much. I just ordered a machine - I've always wanted to learn, and you are a great teacher. I'll be watching all of your videos. thanks a million.
Very happy to help! Let me know if you have any questions along the way :)
You're so welcome, hope you can get back into making some fantastic things through the new year! Have a wonderful holiday
Oh thank u I been watching videos over and over but I finally got it
Thank you very much. You saved my sanity. One minute’s explanation from you ended half an hour tearing my hair out. Now I can get on with my sewing.
Glad it helped! Thank you so much for watching!
Thank you from Belgium, never used a sewing machine in my life, and now I made already 8 masks, 20 more to go.
Thats amazing!! So happy I could be helpful with you getting into a new skill. Hope you're staying safe and having a lot of fun with it 😃
I just ordered a sewing machine, fabric, and stuff. Going to have loads of fun making home made aprons for the kids for our new work shop setup. Great video, thanks!
Thanks for watching! Happy this helped you get setup and started. Hope you have fun making all kinds of new projects over the winter :D

Hee hee! You SAY "simple" but it's astoundingly intricate.
Thanks so much for this! You didn't muck around.
Hope this helped you get started - I did my best to keep it simple. After you get used to it, you'll feel a lot more comfortable with it :)
Have a great day!!
I didn’t know that anyone could make sewing look badass. Complete with the decals and everything
lol thanks! I appreciate the comment
My wife dumped some more sewing on my desk and I think it's time to mechanize...Thanks for the video which is well-structured, presented in a calm voice with no annoying background music.
Glad this was helpful to you. I appreciate the positive comment :) Have a great Sunday!
Thank you for your instructions. It took away the fear of trying to operate a sewing machine!!!
Excellent! Hope you have some fun learning some new projects soon! Let me know how it goes :)
Wow. By the time I'm even done with prepping the machine, I'm expecting a sweater to come out of that
Well, once you get the hang of it, sweaters will start popping out all over your workspace!
I am very thankful! I've watched many tutorials none of them had the good easy and simple explaining as you do, i thought it's complicated dealing with sewing machine but your video changed the whole idea! you really did a good job thank you again 😭😻!!
I really appreciate this comment! When i was new at sewing, I wish there were some more clear tutorials out there, so I figured I'd start making my own :)
Thanks for watching, hope you have a terrific week!
This is the best sewing tutorial I have ever seen! Straight forward & well explained 😊 You have saved my project & sanity. Thank you!
Glad I could help!
This is thee video to watch if your a beginner . I wish I seen this last night I was up all night watching non helpful videos I don’t even have this kind of machine but he explained it and showed it to where I can actually SEE, so well I go it !!!! Thank you so much 😊 thank you 🙏🏽
I'm so thankful you enjoyed this video! Hope it helps you get started on some new projects this winter :) Thank you for watching!
This is the only video that explained everything so I could understand. Thank you!
I am truly so happy to hear that. Thank you for your kind words and support :)
0 it
Very helpful and easy to understand.
I'm looking to begin upcycling some thrifted clothes but I'm not sure what machine to get. Could you do a video comparing different sewing machines for beginners?
You bet, I'm going to shoot another video this week using my favorite machine! Thanks for watching :)
Wow Ive just learned to use a sewing machine from a real hippie...How cool is that
Is that a good thing? lol
@@TockCustom absolutely !
right of The Allman Bros album!
@@paulhewson4600 Just a different type of talent.
He isn't scruffy so I don't think he qualifies as a hippie.
Totally would have tried to wind the bobbin by hand like some kind of sucker. Thanks for being thorough. Great video
Hahaha, glad this was helpful. Hope you end up making some cool stuff!
Wrong. The first thing you need to do after you unbox this is get out a ton of stickers and attack your machine THEN plug in the pedal etc. etc. lol! Thanks Tock. I was a chicken before I watched this video but now I am transformed into a sewing whiz...well almost. :-D
Haha yeah exactly, heh, I love it, he makes sewing cool 😎

You're way too kind! Thank you for watching, hope you have a great weekend!

Oh excellent, I'm very happy you didn't have to return your machine lol. Thanks for the positive comment :)
You're very welcome! Thanks for watching :)
i REALY ENJOYIED YOUR VIDEO.

Yep! This was my very first machine... I dont use it any more, but it's still special to me 😊
thank you for this. I now know what I was doing wrong. I was tying the threads together. making christmas gifts just became much easier. .... *puts fists in air* " I don't have to hand sew anymore!!!"
