Stumbled upon your channel and I am blown away by the professionalism you both have. I will anxiously await new videos from you.
What stabilizer are you using?
This is how you make enjoyable reviews. Informative, humourous, easy on the eye, easy on the ear and very professional. Superb!
Keep them coming. I'm liking this channel thus far especially as a fuji shooter.
Fantastic review - extremely honest and a well explained appraisal between the lens . Great practical demonstration .
This is the first video I watch from your channel and I really liked it. The way you tell the story and how well you mix the music into it made it a very pleasant experience, at least for me. I felt more like having a conversation than watching yet another gear review video on the internet. Thanks and keep up the good work.
Great work guys!
Beautifully done, love your style and class.
Looking forward to see more.
Cheers!
Really great work. Informative, relaxing and visually pleasing! Thanks.
Yes, so relaxing and straight to the point 👍
That's exactly what I thought. I'm stressed out in my city, and I randomly found this video......now I feel like I'm floating, stress free. Lol!
Such a great review in every regard. You really show the product and make one feel as if they own it.
Love your reviews. You have great energy and enthusiasm and that shows. Keep up the good work. Thanks.
Fantastic video! I have an xt-2 and almost all of the fuji x lenses. I just ordered one as I gave my sister my xt-1 and the 23 1.4. I cant wait to use it! Keep em coming!
Definitely liking this format and tone for reviews. Keep up the good work!
Thanks Christopher! Glad to see you here again!
One of the best reviews & comparisons I've seen on these lenses.
Great review. Very informative but without too many words or too long technical boring things and a great image quality. Thanks a lot.
Such a calming video! Been researching this lens and you guys have made up my mind for me. Thank you both for your excellent video.
Thanks for watching!
keep on with your exeptionell work... great content, modern presentation and realy helpful examples!
I love what you guys do. Excellent review!!!

Thank you so much!
I love the production behind your videos! Keep them coming, please. :D
lol..I think you jinxed them.
Sehr schön gemachte Videos. Hoffe auf mehr!
Don't stop making videos. Great content and delivery.
excellent review from u guys...always enjoy your work
Informative and relaxing. Excellent review!
Understated, cool, classy, informative, and covering the right subjects. For instance, the comparison between focus noise was very nifty. This is how reviews should be done. Just subscribed. Thanks, guys.
Thank you, Sir!
"I wanna show it to you now". I've been trying to decide between these two Fuji 23mm lenses for weeks, and this video gave me a much better idea in a fun yet professional way. Subscribed!
Wonderful review, such a pleasure to watch you two! :)
thx :)
Thank you guys for delivering a balanced assessment between these two great lenses. Based on your review I think I will go with the f2. It is a similar dilemna I had with the 35mm f1.4 vs the 2. I chose the latter for the same reasons you outlined her in your video review. Keep up the great work.
Which one should i buy, The 23mm or 35mm on crop sensor for street or travel photography?
Subscribed. Great video, looking forward to more in the future.
Great review again. Thank you. Love the video.
Looking forward to your upcoming videos, by the quality it looks like start of something great
Thank you very much Brynjar! cheers!
i subscribed you guys have a wonderful vibe while imparting knowledge
Amazing! Thank you so much for fully review! :)
You guys have great style and content. Please keep making camera/lens reviews!
Thanks, will do! :)
I like this channel. I like this channel a lot. Subscribed, because I can see that you guys have a lot of potential.
Glad you like our little channel! See you around!
Great review. Calm and to the point. Thank you, you made me decide for the 23mm f2.
Subscribing for sure.
Glad you like it!
Such a nice video! I’m sold on the Fuji f2 lineup, the only reason I’m still wavering about which 23mm is to have a single prime that offers a bit more flexibility in terms of low light and MFD...
Only third video and i`m in love with you guys)))) Thanks for sharing! I own xpro2 and gonna get 23mm f2 this year for sure)
Thank you for the kind words! :)
brilliant video! keep making more content!!
Refreshing review, I like your style!
I like the quality of this video. This channel is evidently something. I'll be back for the next video.
love these Fuji videos
This video is so good, it popped into my mind two and a bit years later.
thank you!
Love the intro . Almost thought i was watching a euro porno. Thanks for the real world review
We've cut out all of the nude scenes. This is RUclips after all - my hands are tied. :)
@@EvidentlySomething hands tied? Kinky
Love this! Going to buy it today. Thanks! 🙌
Great review!
I really enjoy the style of your vids.
THAT IS HOW YOU DO A REVIEW !! STYLE CLASS AND MO STYLE !!
Thanks, really excellent review. I was worried about the separation/bokeh I might sacrifice coming from the f/1.4, but it seems it’s only when you directly compare the two that you notice an ‘issue’, otherwise the shots look great and it’s so much nicer in other ways. Would really like Fuji to update their 1.4 and 1.2 primes with the new fast, silent AF and WR, though, so I can have both worlds!
Great review...please make more!
Interesting indeed. I think I remember the x100 also had that loss of sharpness / soft glow effect when shooting at wide apertures.
One point of difference missed was the push pull manual focus feature in the 23mm f1.4 that is quite nice for manual focus.
Fantastic review - my decision is made on the f/2!
A very well-made video. Subbed!
Wow! You guys are good. Great review simply explained without the usual hype. My 23mm f/2 is on back order, can't wait to put this on my XT2.Looking forward to more great reviews.
Thanks a lot, Nigel! It's a great lens - have fun with your 23mm!
Good review and test shots 👍
Summed it all up nicely. Subscribed
Lovely production, great approach
By far the best Fuji 23mm lens comparison on YT.
Love the way you review!
Great video with superb content. Thank you!
I bought one last week for my xt-20: excellent. Thanks for the recommendation.
opening line " Its really tiny isn't it".. "" Yeh it is" LOL :) seriously thanks for the excellent review.
Thank you for an excellent review. The smaller size/weight (only 180g) & faster silent AF is important to me as a candid street shooter. So I'll get the F2 for my X-T10
Phenomenal comparison.. Very trustworthy and spot on.
Great content as always!
Our Pleasure, Joseph!
high quality video!
Fantastic video, thank you!
i would pick the 23 F2 len for budget. Small and quite is what u need for street shooting and video
Bel video, semplice, chiaro, interessante. Grazie
Woah!! awesome video!! Thanks guys!! :D
Simple and clear. Thank you!
very nice video and review!! 👍👍
Mehr davon! Ihr macht das echt super!
Danke schön! :)
I hope you review the xt3 . Love your videos !
Nice review, thank you
Love, love your videos. You guys are so stylish!
This video made me so relaxed with the simple and soothing presentation.
I myself chose the f2 over the f/1.4 after trying it out. I don't need the fancier bokeh and slightly better IQ, I'd much rather have this form factor and portability while travelling (weather sealing too!!).
P.S. Nice Tiger Balm ointment ;) lol
Thank you SyndicateR1! Tiger Balm ftw! if you are shooting more on the go and like to be flexible with the camera, the new F2 is perfect. Except for close distance shooting, where the performance drops dramatically as we showed in the episode. Have fun with your great new lens!
I think I had already made my decision so this video has helped me to be sure. The F2 version for me. I am surprised by how clunky the focus is with the F1.4 version, though to be fair I use manual focus mostly.
great job filming this one! that lens is pretty sweet as well but i gotta get that 50-140mm first =]
fantastic video, hats off
Great review, thanks.
You both look good and the review is great!
*blush*
love this channel Subscribed
Just got one and I agree. Since I have the 16mm 1.4 and 35mm 1.4, this fits great into my kit. I think it will be staying on my camera a LOT. The 35mm 1.4 is just a little funky and noisy--worth it for the image quality in more controlled situations. But for running around and snapping quick and quiet shots in all conditions, this lens is just about perfect. (I love the 16mm 1.4 and use it more often than I thought I would, but it's much heavier and probably more wide angle than you would want if you're often shooting people.)
Thanks for this great comparement 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
you're welcome!
nice review, thank you!!!
very good review!
I need more videos from you... a lot more. Great channel. I'm closer to the 23mm f2 than the 35mm f2. Do you think to test more about the Fuji lenses? 10-24 f4? Please upload more videos.
Just bought this lens and I agree. It won’t be coming off my camera anytime soon. Been using it for a whole week in Venice, it’s fast to focus and sharp.
Please keep these coming!
will do, thanks Micah!
Very nice videos!
Thanks for sharing
F/2 for street, travel, outdoor. F/1.4 for wedding, documentary, portraits.
Very good content!
Thank you for the great review! Did you get a chance to see how each lenses (23mm f2.0 vs f1.4) performs in low light, such as overcast days, shadows, and night time street photography?
Also I'm wondering if you have tested the video auto focus at different frame rates? I tested it for a few minutes in a camera store, and I found video autofocus to be dramatically faster in 60fps than in 24 fps. I didn't get enough time to make a proper test though. What's your experience?
glad to see you here again, cuckoomusic! Interesting idea, haven't tested this yet since we kept shooting solely at 24 fps. In addition the optional Battery Booster Grip surely also improves AF performance a lot - we don't have one yet.
using the performance boost mode, that is
Evidently Something I'm guessing that the AF engine is perhaps analysing the image at the frame rate you're shooting in. So 60fps is more than twice the amount of data, plus smaller motion increments per frame - perhaps yielding both faster and more reliable focus. When shooting stills the EVF frame rate is even higher, right? And perhaps achieving even better AF results.
Great review! Do you recommend it for someone who has already the xc 16-50 though?
Really Nice comparison.
Waiting the 35mm 1.4 vs f2.
Very nice vibe to this video :)
I will definitely buy the Fuji XF 23mm f2 after showing this video.
Fantastic, guys
Hi there! Wonderful and beautiful video. Had a quick question: is the 23mm F2 COMPLETELY silent? Mine seems to have a slight hum noise that VERY quiet. Thanks so much!
