It’s been 3 weeks since I had lower undereye blephraplasty & fat graph is it normal to feel lil tiny bump underneath is that the fat that was transferred it isn’t noticeable but I feel it a little will it go away?

It will improve with time. Fat that is transferred from another site always takes longer to heal than fat that is transposed with its own vascular supply.

Anytime you have repeat surgery in the same area, it is of upmost importance to go to someone very experienced because it is more complicated. But desired results are definitely achievable.
