I just want to tell you that you are the GOAT Of Braiding "GOB" and especially the GOAT of braiding your own hair and how the finishing results are always BOMB. Your hair always comes out perfect, you have the best PATIENCE and I put that in capital letters because I know me and trying to learn how to do this, I would have given up on the first row, seriously. Duchess Miss Ma’ammmmm the fact that you did the straight backs and kilt it lets me know i can try and braid my hair. And the fact that you’re braiding with nails 💅 is freaking awesome. Cuz hunnniiii my arms were tireddddddd for you 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 wheewwwww but this style is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. How long did it take you to do your hair. Welp that kilt my suggestion for you to try next time but it might take a minute 😂😂😂😂 but the knotless boho bob will be so dope on you but i know you probably won’t do that hairstyle on yourself 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾 but im hoping one day you will..
lol! The Bob doesn’t sound so bad, and I just learned a technique to tuck the natural hair, just don’t know how I would do it on myself. That for sure would take me over 6 hours but I’m not saying no because the more comfortable I am doing my hair the more styles I might open up to. But this style took me about 4 hours to complete with small pauses.

Love this video. My greatest challenge is the parting of my hair. And many times I become so nervous about it, I end up wearing a wig to work. But it seems like it would be easier to accomplish if I apply gel just like you did. Great job!
Yes I know not everyone likes to use the gel and some are allergic to it but it definitely helps me to get the parts clean enough to wear it. I just mostly focus on them being proportionate, that is more noticeable than them being straight.

Maybe braiding your hair up into a bun or ponytail with some curly pieces hanging out.
Oh no, lol! That’s one thing I can’t do on myself is make my arm braid upwards. That is such a challenge for me 😂😂 but maybe it’s the gel that you are using that is making your hands slip. The Shine n jam gel will do that to you but some gels are more tacky than slippery and actually helps with the grip.

These vidoes definitely keep me inspired!!!. I will treat myself to a professional braid appointment when going out of town... I have zero patience with hair styles so I don't keep braids in longer than 3.5 to 4 weeks. Plus I have progressice graying so I color my hair every 4 weeks... Thank you for keeping my desire to not give up... Also, am I the only one that struggles with the 3-way mirror set up?...
