Battlefield 1 was peak battlefield, gorgeous maps, gorgeous music, the ambient sounds, the vehicles, the weapons, flamethrowers, behemoths, NO LIVE SERVICE, sad to say the next battlefield will probably be more like cod then battlefield, I bet we get stupid skins, a unfinished game at launch, a broken live service that breaks the game and will take multiple patches to fix, less destruction. Arma is taking over the battlefield space and if they screw this next battlefield up it’s over for the franchise, they want to be like cod but cod is failing in a spectacular way and they would be wise to stay true to the battlefield fans
@@NoCatFriedRice I’ve definitely been thinking about picking up arma for that new mod everyone is talking about. But I agree, BF1 was near perfection and I am worried that we won’t see that anytime soon especially if the franchise wants to push more in the direction of COD

The SBMM scuffle in delta force is a little bit overblown imo. My experience has varied but i assumed it was just a natural variation no where near what cod is like these days. I think small amount of peeps have tricked themselves into thinking its the same in delta force. Because they are so used to shitty cod sbmm to the point when they see a small indication it might be sbmm and they full on believe it despite the many variables that might have triggered the scenario that made them think the matchmaking has screwed them over. Delta force is still not perfect, deffo lots of warts in the gameplay to polish but the game is doing alot of things right at the moment warts and all. Dont write it off yet Battlefield and the other big wig shooters need some serious competition right now in this day and age.
This next battlefield game is going to STOP call of duty in their tracks & before you start to comment your bullshit the lead developers & new devs that have been hired at Dice were hand picked from the OG infinity ward dev team that made cod MW 2007, MW2 2009, MW3 2011 then left & made Titanfall 2014, Titanfall2 2016 this was announced 2 years ago when they started working on this new battlefield so with a dev team with that track record I’m curtain cod is biting the bullet when this releases

My opinion after they fixed 2042 its not been that bad i feel like what holds it back is their lazy ads spread nothing more annoying than feeling like you lazered someone and bit no bullets bc of add spread

Bf1 will forever be my favorite game. The atmosphere, the maps, the gritty feel. The way they balanced weapons. I enjoyed it more than bf3/4.

The Atmosphere on BF1 was what made it the best title. BFV had some really awesome maps and I liked the sandbag system but it was no BF1.

I know the game didn’t start good at all but, I played battlefield 2042 last week with a buddy. I still love that game
BF1 was the last goated Battlefield game that I ever played. BFBC2 is how I began my Battlefield career.
