I find it hilarious that you're supposed to call the bad job you're leaving a 'great experience.'

Nah Nah, you have to tell the truth. If your previous employer harbored a bad and toxic work environment with no opportunity for growth, you need to tell the truth about it. Don't cover for a bad employer, the previous company need to learn from error of their ways.

Nah fuck them. If the workplace was toxic then it's obvious they did nothing about it from previous exit interviews. It's all bs

I left my last full time job in 1980 inspired by The Members punk album, '1980 The Choice Is Yours', specifically, the track 'Goodbye To The Job'. I told 'em where they could stick it, and I haven't had a full time job since. There have been a few hard times, but mostly, I've always had everything I've ever needed. I've owned two really nice homes and had quite a few nice cars over the years. I've been married twice (about 11 years each) have two grown kids and two grandchildren. Best of all, I have been free for 40 years, to do exactly as I want with my time.

I learned a lot about how effective leadership is demonstrated. AKA, my past employer lacked requisite leadership vision and couldn’t communicate or articulate.

Most people leave because they are pissed. Really hard to be cordial about it.

When I got a kiss off letter from my former employer,of 25 years the day after my birthday.I was pissed off,but decided to use the opportunity they gave me to open another door.I now have a job that gives me $85 a month just for coming to work,I fill up my car once every 3 weeks,my car insurance is $35 a month cheaper,I get paid overtime after 8 hours. The list goes on,the best part is I can phone some of my former coworkers and tell them about my great perks.Ah stirring the pot, with no repercussions is sweet!

The reason I’m gonna be leaving my jog (my first job) is because I have a wrist injury, and had it for 2 months now, and they weren’t exactly nice to me about it, and my co worker (me and him are the 2 student workers)
He doesn’t wanna work any more than 3 days in a row, which is not enough time for recovery, and I have rugby in a month that I have to be 100% healed for. I already have a high spot in the team, my job in the team is creating workouts for the team for our weight lifting days. And when the rugby season starts, I’ll wanna make every practice and I obviously don’t wanna miss a single game, (this is my first time ever being a part of an actual sports team) which I am perfect sized for, I’m bigger, I got good strength (workout all the time) and I’m a lot more faster than people would think when first they look at me.
And my co worker just got a girlfriend so he isn’t so keen on covering any shifts me (he’s just one of those guys) and if we fire him and hire a new student worker, I’d have to work more until they get the ropes of how the place works, which will take at least 2-3 months
So it’s evident to me that it’s my turn to leave, after 2 years of working there
