I believe Jennifer more than Ben, is having a difficult time with the break up. Ben, from his body language, does not seem to be in love with her anymore, hence we see how tense and angry he is. I feel he wants to move on, but seeing her in that sad state places a lot of pressure on him. Hence he is struggling as he does not want to hurt her anymore. I think it’s over.

There could be a rekindled romance I wouldn’t know I mind my own business but I am a good judgement of body language and the fact that JLO changed her last name back to Lopez and Ben’s uptight attitude might be a good indication that romance might be on life support at least with one or both of them holding the defibrillator paddles.
