His worst nightmare was losing Padme (mother already gone). His nightmare became reality. I would say his love for Padme equates and transitions into his grief in that moment. Palpatine was overthrown because that intensity of Anakin's pain is exemplified in the force. A force that Palpatine could never imagine.

Because Sidious is a psychopath and he wouldn't be able to fully understand the range of emotions of normal humans nor feel them. Anakin obviously has borderline personality disorder but he is still otherwise another typical human with emotions more intenser. Palpatine is not really emotional compared to Anakin, they appear on the surface but then quickly die down.

He could have killed the emperor so many times though. Physically kill him, no magical force but physical force. Vader is half terminator. He could literally crush the emperor's old wrinkled ass. Just wait till he's next to him then pick him up by his throat, crush. One good back hand, face caved in. Mabey even just rip his head off. Rip his limbs off. Probably a little extreme and I know that wouldn't happen. But I've always asked myself why didn't Vader just do that instead. I know the answer is probably Padme's death and him never forgiving himself for that, but didn't Vader want to overthrow and kill Palpatine just to rule the empire himself??? I've always thought that was in the back of his mind some what. Ain't no way Palpatine had him shook that much.

What you’re saying would almost certainly apply to igniting a lightsaber and striking him down and no chance vadar could have done that either. 0:44- Anakin wasn't actually subservient to Palpatine when he threw him down that shaft to save Luke! Though you could argue that's why the film is called Return of the Jedi, it's basically about Anakin Skywalker's redemption in addition to Luke refusing to end up going down the same dark path as his father, choosing to embrace the Light Side as his masters had taught him, but tempered by his compassion (as Luke had a much healthier childhood thanks the Beru & Owen)!

I mean to be fair though, Disney canon has stated that Vader actually was more powerful than Sidious. But Sidious being the master manipulator that he is, never really had to worry about his apprentice killing him, despite the him having the power to do so. I wonder if that irritated him or if he enjoyed this predicament.

I think Palpatine was more insulted & disgusted by the fact that his prized broken trophy (which broke itself), distraught by outcome of its actions/decisions would DARE lash out at him, his "one true friend". Aniken failed in Palpatines eyes after he was beaten by Obi Wan and left legless & buring on Mustafar, so Palpatine must have thought Vader had no right to dare attack him with the power he recently introduced Vader to (like a new student trying to school the teacher and being put in their place so they don't act up again). Same, it’s strangely inconsistent though, I’ve also heard he was 22, and now in this video I’ve heard he was 21.
I’ve heard some RUclipsrs say he spent half of his life on the light side of the force, and half his life on the dark side, and that he died at 44 or 46 years old. I guess now it’s possible he was 42 when he died, it all just depends on what’s actually canonically the true answer, if there even is one.

Sorry but you are wrong that it was easy for Darth Vader to man handling lift Palpatine over his head. It has always been written and told that because of his new Suite/Armor, he had limited motion and movement of all his limbs, especially that he greatly struggled and had trouble raising his arms over his head. Thus it being the main reasoning behind him changing his fighting form and movements. But otherwise it was a good story on a decent theory to Palpatine reaction to being touch and/or man handled so easily, after he obtained the title of and ruled as Sith Lord and Master.

I'm sorry but you're actually the one wrong here.
When it comes to star wars canon the movies have always been the highest source for canon. If something conflicts with the movies it is wrong.
The first time we see Darth Vader in episode 4 he is holding a grown man up by the neck with one hand. He definitely has the strength to life a person easily and hold them above his head.
He literally does it in 2 of the 3 original trilogy movies.
What youre referring to is something from a side story that tries to explain why Vader's fighting style in the original trilogy is so much different from his style in the prequels.
It is a retcon excuse for the fact that the expertise and technology to show a lightsaber fight had progressed a great deal between the original and prequel trilogies.

@Kidomniman8635- I guess it's a win/win for Star Wars fans, bc whenever people discuss, disagree and/or argue points and tribute info, one person will bring up that it's not so as far as Canon then the other person will say but in legends..... ruclips.net/user/shorts5cSVKY7boGk?feature=share

You know I've always thought to myself that Vader could overpower sidious at any moment, so why didn't he. Not with the force of course, the video explains that plus we all knew that as fans, but I'm talking like just physically kill him. Vader is half terminator, all he had to do was pick a time where sidious is right next to him then BAM!!!!! Vader grabs him by his neck front or back, lifts him up and crushes the emperor's windpipe. Done. Probably could even rip his head off. He has robotic arms. It's so obvious now too looking back. Vader had so many opportunities to kill sidious. Hell, one good back hand from vader could crush the emperor's face in. No force needed. Except vaders physical force.

If Anakin never fail to darkside of the force if he was sitting on the jedi council as jedi master and He would be the worst jedi master ever cause he is a power of authority. People who do not like authority are the worst people to have authority when they have become authority f figures

I think Palpatine knew exactly what would happen when Anikan came into conflict with Obiwan . He just wanted to use Anikan but make sure he was crippled but with enough power to do the Emperor's bidding .
He knew if Anikan was left to become what he should have it would be his end .
Unfortunately for Palpatine he could not understand what a parent will do for a child.
    So he miscalculated .
I still think Vader held back when fighting Luke in the Return of the Jedi. He was handcapped by his feelings for Luke. There was no way he was going to let the Emperor kill his child even if it meant his own demise.
Palpatines weakness was he did not understand this basic law of nature.
