Wonder if it would even occur to the Sith to seek out guidance from the Light side of the Force in the interest of self-preservation if this Staff was so dangerous..
It probably blocked that thought from even occurring in the user's mind to protect itself. The rule of two would apply here but in one specific way.. It would need a person who is a WOUND in the force and someone who was a PARAGON. These two people would like the BENDU. Two people who are in the middle of the Force but their paradigm would be the complete opposite of each other in how they became aware of the Force and how they apply it. Like say Luke and Revan. Or Mace Windu and DARTH Vader (not Anakin Skywalker). Each one must start firmly on one side of the Force but feels a pull to the other working together to have a chance to destroy it. As it took both to destroy it anyway. The two would form a Dyad in the Force and create a Nexus of power the staff just couldn't contemplate. Thus creating a cognito Hazzard (SCP Universe) mentally trapping it in storm of Force power that is very much known to it (cognito) but just baffled at why they are working together in rare harmony to destroy it. Kind of like GOUKEN and AKUMA working to deal with a threat that Bison wouldn't cross. If that makes sense...

I'm still hoping that objects like this have something to do with some of the formation and mentality of The Nihil. The Eye Of The Sun...I like that, too. No force wield would not comprehend, the relationship of the staff and Nihilus. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich of horrors, a great story. The Jedi and Sith would be force to work together because of this marriage of this couple. Trillions of lives would jump to hyper space just hearing Nihilus coming to there system. It was bad enough he ate worlds in the original timeline.
I don’t think that would work so well. The Dark Staff was basically a being of domination in and of itself. Darth Nihilus would need to succumb to the staff in order to achieve symbiosis or vice versa. Nihilus was a Sith meaning that his objective was domination over the force. Two dominant personalities can’t exist in unison. They will always battle each other into submission. Regardless of how Nihilus achieves symbiosis the staff would feed whenever it was used. This would force Nihilus to feed more than he normally would making him a slave to the staff. This doesn’t even consider that the staff is a singing sword and actually talks to people. It manipulates people. I think Nihilus would eventually be consumed himself in a great act of the staff and the force. Like Rivan being thrown through time. However I’ll say that the event that would destroy Nihilus would most likely destroy the galaxy.
@@bobbydeuce6486 Actually, by the end, Darth Nihilus seems to have died or transcended the physical plain becoming a terrible rent in the Force himself. Much as he was defeated by attempting to feed on Revan's acolyte, he and the staff would likely attempt to consume each other. Thus they would either cancel one another out or grow even more monstrous. I shudder to contemplate which would be the more likely occurrence.

The DarkStaff is gonna be in the story I'm working on about Darth Revan and Bastila Shans descendants where I made Darth Rivan apart of the Shan family taken by the brotherhood of darkness in 1053 BBY when he was 4 years old, and after learning about how Revan was saved by love he turned his goal into power, and wanted to gain the power of immortally like the sith emperor himself but he was defeated of course. He made a crystal so he can store the store force energy in it and use the energy to have enough power to drain Almas of life to become immortal. I loved the idea of the staff and I decided to use it in my story.

I love how IRL, a lightsaber would be godsend but in Star Wars lore, some dude picks up a stick and is like “ Brother, look, I found something. could it be an artifact?” Shows that if aliens exist, they would find our stuff fascinating and we find theirs fascinating
A dark-side object that is so powerful and evil that even the Sith wouldn't touch it? It sounds almost like an SW dark-side version of Sauron's ruling-ring.
Of all the dark side artifacts and other objects I've seen or heard of in Star Wars, this one is no doubt the most dangerous out of all the others. The Dark Staff is more dangerous than Palpatine and Nihilus combined!
You mean like that universe with the anti-force? I could believe that. Maybe the senrience of the staff comes from a being from that universe trapped within the staff.
What if it is not just dark artifact but a wound in the force, this could explain alot of it's dangerous and horrifying abilities. Be thankful that the Lord of Hunger didn't tough it. That staff and him would seem to be a match made from heaven, did I said heaven, I mean hell.

Maybe in creating it something from another... darker universe was summond, something with powers like the force, but not of the force, not even the dark side, but something close to it.
I kinda wonder how it would react to darth nihilus trying to wield it or if maybe darth nihilus would sense the power in it and try to absorb it instead of wield it.
So, the actual Dark Side of the Force did not hate the staff, as it seemed to be powered and possessed by such. However, it would seem that some dark side users did attempt to destroy it.
What is the dark stuff fell into the hands of Darth serious would he been able to become even more powerful or would he choose to destroy the item or if Darth Vader got his hands on it would he destroy the item because the dark staff possess the will of its own
Wow this sounds like something out of D&D. Just hearing this story makes me feel sick to think that something so evil in legends existed in Star Wars lore.

Sounds a lot like *Stormbringer* the sentient black blade from the Elric stories.
"I am a thousand times eviler than thou!"
Which Darth Revin? The same one who helped to take down Emperor Vishiat aka Tenabray?
I love how IRL, a lightsaber would be godsend but in Star Wars lore, some dude picks up a stick and is like “ Brother, look, I found something. could it be an artifact?” Shows that if aliens exist, they would find our stuff fascinating and we find theirs fascinating
8:37 the darksaber? I thought a Jedi built that 🤣
What is his video background music? It sounds so good.
A dark-side object that is so powerful and evil that even the Sith wouldn't touch it? It sounds almost like an SW dark-side version of Sauron's ruling-ring.
How in the hell did we go from ancient Sith artifacts that would destroy planets and suck out force essence to "somehow Palpatine returned".
Darth nihilus would be amazing with this
Of all the dark side artifacts and other objects I've seen or heard of in Star Wars, this one is no doubt the most dangerous out of all the others. The Dark Staff is more dangerous than Palpatine and Nihilus combined!
The skull on Skeletors staff is his own skull from the distant future.
Imagine if this artifact was wielded by Nihilus, his "human counterpart".
Both entities will have same goal.
So, just imagine...
Very interesting lore.
Audio?
Bruh if I hear "the force itself" one more time I swear I'm going to lose my effing mind.
What if the Darkstaff was, in fact, actually from a completely different universe ( _not the Star Wars one_ ) entirely?
You mean like that universe with the anti-force? I could believe that. Maybe the senrience of the staff comes from a being from that universe trapped within the staff.
@@AdonanS its described as a rival to the force itself doesnt even make much sense how some random dude made it
@@starc. It's will and power conjured itself into existence through some random guy. It has nothing to do with the power of the creator.
What if it is not just dark artifact but a wound in the force, this could explain alot of it's dangerous and horrifying abilities. Be thankful that the Lord of Hunger didn't tough it. That staff and him would seem to be a match made from heaven, did I said heaven, I mean hell.
Maybe in creating it something from another... darker universe was summond, something with powers like the force, but not of the force, not even the dark side, but something close to it.
You call it Darksaber at 8:38
Imagine if Darth Nihilus got his hands on it.
I kinda wonder how it would react to darth nihilus trying to wield it or if maybe darth nihilus would sense the power in it and try to absorb it instead of wield it.
So Kreia got ahold of the dark staff and well there goes that timeline.
A logical explanation of the will of the Darkstaff is Abeloth, the only known entitie with an anti-force power
Bread and Butter🍞
Where was this from? Like what official story?
Imagine darth nihilist with the dark staff
This... thing... is beyond the Force. Maybe it wields Anti-Force? Because it is simply too much. I liked the good ending where it got destroyed.
So, the actual Dark Side of the Force did not hate the staff, as it seemed to be powered and possessed by such. However, it would seem that some dark side users did attempt to destroy it.
What is the dark stuff fell into the hands of Darth serious would he been able to become even more powerful or would he choose to destroy the item or if Darth Vader got his hands on it would he destroy the item because the dark staff possess the will of its own
Where did you find this lore? I must read it!!!
Isn't this the staff of Marka Ragnos? Couldn't it also bestow force sensitivity?
Was the Eye destroyed, too?
Wow this sounds like something out of D&D. Just hearing this story makes me feel sick to think that something so evil in legends existed in Star Wars lore.
imagine Anakin Full Potential with this staff
Again INCORRECT!!!!
A hammer has no feelings.
It is a tool.
So is the Force, a tool, it does not have emotion.
The Marker from Deadspace?
You like deep dives?
I got one for you.
So deep, even The Deep would be mere shallow water:
Warhammer 40K; The Deep Warp!
