Yes they given free of cost for repair.service is good.just took 3 days.but my question price is less but having issues.i don't know if again same situation happens after 1 year is it covered in warrenty.range getting 90km in normal mode. We need to charge atleast 20% so range is 70km only.

I bought Ola s1 x+ two days ago, with 100% charge it is giving only 80 km in eco mode, it shows 125 km range drops very quickly. And the battery 🔋 percentage also drops by 1% for every 0.8 km. Contacted sales guys, they say it needs 10 charge and discharges to give the performance.

1. If the vehicle is shutdown with Rat bite the wiring Cost is 3500 + Home Visiting charges 600 + if any towing done by Ola it’s cost 1200 above
2. Charger Cost 15000 plus GST If it’s physically damaged then the Customer need to pay full amount
3. For service need to raise the Ticket in Ola app but the ticket was closed automatically without attending by service team
4. The Ola concentrating in Marker share for sales and after buying vehicle they treated the customers like BEGGERS ….!

1. Trunk issues (it will not close )
2.touch issue (some time it will not work than we have to reboot )
3.service (in app it will show always slots are full in service center they will not respond)
4. No emergency contact number in app we post issues but they don’t respond fast enough
5.They concentrate only on new customers. They don’t take care of existing customers
Pls don’t buy ola …….
