ఏదియమైనా మీరు ఏవైన ఎలక్ట్రిక్ వెహికల్స్ ను మీరు అది భాగుందా లేదా అనే విషయాన్ని 1 సంవత్సరము వాడిన వెహికల్స్ ను రెవ్యూ చేయండి.
మీరుఎక్కువగా కనపడిన బండిని అంతా బాగుంది అంటవుంటారు
నేను అయితే 2 ఇయర్స్ emi పె😮ట్టి కొన్నాను. 3 మంత్స్ అయింది. ఇంకా 21 నెలలు ఉన్నాయి. బండి ఇప్పటి వరకూ 2 సార్లు పవర్ ఆఫ్ అయింది. ప్లగ్ తీసి పెట్టాలి. సీటు లాక్ అయింది. ఎలా తీయాలి? సీటు ఫ్రంట్ నుండి బోల్ట్ తీసి చేయాలి. అంటే మెకానిక్ టూల్స్ జేబులో పెట్టుకొని బండి నడపాలి. చార్జర్ హీట్ అవుతోంది. ఒకసారి చార్జర్ పిన్స్ దగ్గర స్పార్క్ వచ్చి ఛార్జ్ అవ్వకుండా ఆగిపోయింది. బ్యాటరీ కి 8 ఇయర్స్ వారంటీ ఉంది. కానీ ఈ emi లు పూర్తి అయ్యేవరకు బండి నడిస్తే చాలు అనుకుంటున్న. ఇక జన్మలో ఎలక్ట్రిక్ బండి కొనను. కొంటె CNG స్కూటర్ వస్తే ట్రై చేస్తాను.

I have ather. Recently I have faced drop in range. I notified the service ather service centre. They immediately checked and found that 30% degradation of batteries was the issue and without any questions they immediately raised replacement and called me after a week saying my new battery has arrived. I went to service center and in an hour they have replaced the battery. Now the range is back to full.

OLA ఒక ఫ్రాడ్ కంపెనీ. ఎటువంటి సర్వీస్ లేదు, ఎవరికి చెప్పుకోవాలో కూడా అర్థం కాదు..

Nenu 22 2 22 lo konna ippatiki 30k tiriganu. No issues. Manam ఓలా ని వాడాలి అంటే మూడు పాయింట్లు ఎప్పుడు మనసులో దృష్టిలో ఉండాలి. బండి పాడైతే బాగు చేసేవాడు దొరకడు. ఒళ్ళు దగ్గర పెట్టుకొని నడపాలి. ఎలా పడితే అలాగా నడపకూడదు. నేను కొని రెండున్నర సంవత్సరాలు అవుతుంది. ఎప్పుడు ఇబ్బంది లేదు. చిన్న చిన్న కారణాలకి మనం షో రూమ్ దగ్గరికి వెళ్ళకూడదు. ఏదైనా పెద్ద ఇష్యూ ఉంటే మనం స్లాట్ బుక్ చేసుకున్న తర్వాత షో రూమ్ కి వెళ్ళాలి. సామాన్యంగా మనం మిగతా బండ్లు లాగా షోరూమ్ తీసుకెళ్తే సర్వీస్ చేస్తారు అనేది కాదు ముందుగా మనం స్లాట్ బుక్ చేసుకుంటే ఖచ్చితంగా చేయాల్సిందే. ఆప్ లో మనకు అన్ని వివరాలు ఉంటాయి. యాప్ నుంచి మనం సర్వీస్ కాల్ బుక్ చేసుకోవాలి.
I am using ola for the last 3months , ola has worked a lot on product quality , I can say its best . U don't feel any lag even on terrains Ride experience is very smooth .
When coming to service, I have not faced any issue with my scooter till date. So I can't comment on it .
I think many of negative comments are with service But when the product quality is good ,design is good , ride experience is good , warranty of 8years on battery surely one should go for it.
Hope ola works on service too in coming days since every one is raising the issue .

i have done 24000 kms on my s1 pro . some minor issue, but some important points should be noted before buying it. service is worst. from 1 to 10 i will give 5 for service and 9 for ola ride satisfaction. i purchased it on 2022 jan
I buyed TVS IQUBE S on 28th Dec 2023...till now 9500 driven and getting 110kms or more per charge easily...no problems faced...fully satisfied

I recently went out for 15 days and used the vacation mode from Ola app as per instructions. I did not face any challenges.
I purchased okinawa and used 50000 kms since 2 years. Till date no problem.but there in no service in greater cities like Hyderabad.foot rests broken chager pin burnt.etc.........BUT, the okhinawa bike ia an excellent bike.... even a 150 cc bike can't compete with me in pickup.

Before making payment I enquired about battery warranty information for TVS iQube I booked. Salesman (with 0 knowledge warranty info) said everything is covered under warranty. That's when I cancelled the bike.

OLA replaced my ola s1 pro battery, it was dead when we were out on tour for one week. Later software upgrade has vacation mode added. we always leave it in vacation mode now if we are out of station.
there are occasional issues you face with this scooter. the software is very substandard, you need to reboot it and problem goes away mostly.
