Hey Everyone! Thank you for watching. If you watched my last video, it was very informative. In this video I am showing one of my leg day routines. I hope you guys enjoyed watching it. I filmed with my phone at the gym because my new camera battery was low so the quality is a bit rocky. I apologize. I will be bringing my camera with me to the gym, so you guys can get good quality videos. This is very important to me.

BARBELL SQUATS: 4X12
HIP THRUST: WARM UP, 3 SUPERSETS: 10 hip thrust, pause for 10sec, 10 pulses
SUMO DEADLIFT: 4X10
TOE ELEVATED STIFF LEGGED DEAD LIFT: 4X12
HIP ABDUCTOR: DROP SET; 8, 10, 15, 20
LEG EXTENSIONS: 4X10-12
SEATED CALF RAISES: 4X15 (Time Under Tension)

@@moj8301 lmao first of all, there are plenty of women out there training to lift competitively, to do a bodybuilding show, whatever it may be, myself included. That means training every part of your body.
Aside from that, this comment you’re making tells me you’re probably one of the sad men that have a problem with women working primarily lower body, and probably say women who work out their upper body look too “manly” . You’ll never be satisfied and that’s alright because I can speak on behalf of all of us and say that we’re really not doing it for you so 🤷🏽♀️ regardless we gonna keep doin our thing

People form over weight... when you get in the habit of having good form. You will have good results and then you can up your weights
The most true statement! Much better to get perfect form on a reasonable weight, that trying to do slightly heavier but not good form. Form comes with practice :)

If you think though. She has to have started off with 0 cake and rolls for days like everyone else if you get the confidence u improve that’s why everyone goes to the gym
people in the gym come there to work out, not to look at you or care about you in any way and even if they judged you, those are just thoughts not reality

I haven't gone to the gym since I was 18 I am 30 now. After gaining weight during my pregnancy and continuing to gain weight because of stressors I finally decided to do something for myself and join the gym. I haven't been this excited in a long time. I plan to travel overseas next year and I want to be in better shape and actually enjoy myself instead of worrying about my weight. So thank you for taking me on your routine today 🥺❤️

You can use your brain and search the specific body part you want to work on by a simple google search E.g "Weighted Exercises for Legs, Abs etc"

What do you mean? They all work. It's literally just whey protein powder. The less filler and additives the better. But, at the end of the day, they all work. You get the protein it says you will.

Hi! I’m here from tiktok lol! And I asked this on one of your videos on there so I know you’re probably like this girl is annoying lol but I was wondering on your 3 leg days, do you do the same workouts for each of those like 4-6 weeks and then increase weight or do you just change your leg workouts each time you go to the gym and each week? If that makes sense? Like example: if one day is hamstrings and glutes focused do you do the same hamstrings and glutes exercises for weeks and increase weight or just each week you change the exercises on that focus day? Gosh I hope this makes sense! I just get confused.
Hii Im not her but i can kind of help answer your question. You should increase weight once you start noticing it is easier to perform your exercises & do more reps which shouldnt take so long to increase if you are being constant at the gym. This site can explain it better.

About the workouts, I like to mix my workouts often. For example, two days of the week I target lower body so I do different workouts each day of that week & next week i switch it up but also mix some of the old workouts too.

Hey love, I understand your question, so a workout split for three days could be, day 1: hamstrings and glute, day 2: quads and glute focused & day 3 could be a whole lower body day. Its up to you on how you want your work out split to be. I made my own workout split & routine that is perfect for me. you can have a certain routine for a few weeks, but eventually you have to switch the exercises up, incorporate different exercise, or a different routine. if you can do more than 10-12 reps on a certain workout. then you'll know that you need to increase the weight and challenge yourself. keep track of the weight that you are lifting so you know you are progressively overloading. hope that helps babe.
Looking at this again I’m answering these questions for your leg days. Your upper body days should be included in between also. I have 3 upper body days in between my leg days. Make sure you’re resting your legs at least 2-3 days. It’s really important

@@KennedyBright24 it’s okay love. No worries, your welcome♥️ a “pull day” is back & biceps. A “push day” is shoulders, chest, & triceps. I like to do shoulders on a separate day by itself but it’s up to you & how you train based on your goals.
