I just did this and the edges looks so rough might have to cut it down to just the edge and seal em, kinda at a loss on what to do with em now
I went to Home Depot and had trouble on deciding which acrylic sheet to chose.

I think that's OEM Carbon Black Metallic. I have the same color on my '03 M3
If you want to do that paint yourself, FYI it's black paint followed by clearcoat with blue metallic flakes. The flakes are about the same color as OEM Mystic Blue

How durable is it after there on the car? Does heating it turn the plastic hard like regular lense or are they easy breakable?
Acrylic is quite fragile, but it should probably hold up as good as the original ones

@m.reditor519 I see a lot of people using acrylic to make lenses for headlights and stop lights. There is this one turkish guy, I forgot what his channel's name is, something of the sort of "hd headlight tuning", he makes some amazing modifications using acrylic.
