❤❤❤sorry to hear that. Their Loss for your departure is our Gain for our country and Filipinos are known for their hospitality and kindness!!! With your talented and supportive wife, you will do well!!! Remain focused and motivated Boris!!🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍
The way Darlene is translating and . narrating the story of her husband , gives me the impression that she can speak, understand and read the Russian language. Dalene is an intelligent and brave woman the way she traveled all the way to Armenia and later to Russia . May you continue with your adventures together and prosper in the Philippines with God's guidance and blessings .
He is a patriotic Russian worthy of admiration. A rare kind of true Cossacks. God bless your husband's energy, determination, and his love of his roots.
Darlene, you can now write a priceless Novel for your Husband, Boris' accomplishments and noble visions. Not all Heroes have a happy ending. There are always frustrations and struggles along the way. But the end is always fruitful out of bitterness. 💖🌼 Do not be in despair. 💝 Keep holding on. 💪💚❤️
I am heart broken watching Boris effort in restoring Ataman'hat without the support of anyone except his beloved mother.Praying for your life success here in our country Philippines💖🙏.
So emotional to watch this episode of your Chanel, Just happened to bump into it. My heart goes for you Boris & your mom. In this world so much injustices, politics & so on & so forth Glad you met your beautiful wife Darlene that change your atmosphere. Praying God will bless you as you start a new life in the Philippines. "Best is yet to come." Welcome to the Philippines 🇵🇭 Mabuhay🎉
I was in tears watching this video especially when they cut the trees. I admired your husband, Boris and his mother who really worked hard restoring this building. Your husband is a very talented man and you are very lucky. I think Philippines is Boris and his mother's new home. Welcome to the Philippines Boris and your mom. Thanks Darlene for sharing you too have a good heart.
I never thought your Husband is a Skillful Craftsman and a good Innovator? And with the love and support of her loving Mother 💝 who raised a Son for being useful to his beloved community and sincerely wanted to contribute to his own country were only left in dismay and disapproval. I appreciate you for giving recognition to the people who supported and speaks for your Husband's behalf especially the Oldman. Anyway, there are better life ahead rather than stay in a place where your efforts are not given importance especially when it comes to National culture. 💖🌸 Keep strong to both of you! 💪💖💐 We love you three! 🥰🌺
I just discovered this channel only now and it’s full of information and historical content. I was amazed how Boris wanted the restoration of his culture for the future generation but wasn’t granted by some people of his village. I learned about Cossacks people only on history book. I got emotional on your story 😢. Hoping for your success in the Philippines.
Well... His knowledge of history is bad.. That's why the locals didn't trust him either.. Plus, the source of the money there was from the European Union.. Maybe you don't know and it will be a discovery for you, but Western countries have been very actively trying to rewrite our history and are ready to allocate grants and so on for this..
This is sad that Boris project for a good cause didn't get any support from his community. Sometimes plan don't turn out as planned and it's better to just let it go and moved on. Boris has a very good skills in construction, maybe he can start a business in the Philippines in constructions.
You are right! And the war even worsens the situation, I think. He is right in getting out & living in a free world. Anyway, welcome to the Philippines Boris & Mom!
This is damn heartbreaking for someone who devoted himself for his dedication to his craft and preserving history of your origin and who is an absolute art lover ... an altruist at the same time a utilitarian. I wish to see your passion be continued in our country. I admire your calmness towards everything despite all of those experience youve gone through. Godbless your family.
Your husband is a wonderful human being - a true great visionary. I admire everything that he envisioned and accomplished so far. I myself knew a similar person who underwent what you husband had to endure - bigotry, bureaucracy, mental as well as spiritual laziness and ignorance. Even churches are not exempt from these negative traits. I also admire his mother as well as you for giving him your fullest support. Please tell your husband that he is not too only person in this world with such amazing creative visions. There are many more and someday soon a new dawn of openness, beauty and cooperation will be the norm. I eagerly look forward to your coming vlogs. Give my best wishes to your husband and your mother-in-law. ❤️
Thank you very much for your support! I am glad that there are people who appreciate our work and understand. We will be happy to be friends with you and continue to make new videos for you🤗
Wow! Your husband us really hardworking and his restoration was si beautiful. Its jyst thay it was not appreciated by his own people, who cannot seem to see the importance of preserving their culture.
WOW, Very amazing feat. you should be recognized in the Philippines for cultural preservation of your culture. I Salute you BORIS. You are a good person. hope you find your place in this life someday. GOODLUCK to your journey with your mother and your wife.
With your skills as a storyteller and your husband’s construction design talent the Philippines is your oyster! I wish you all the luck and Blessings. Take care.👍👍👍
It’s a saga. I believe every ethnic group has something to say. Tough talk, more complicated. Boris is intellectually a good projectionist and heroic figure in his talented work. Good man. I admire him and his mother. I believe we need people like you in our country Boris. You are an innovator.
You are blessed Boris because you did something unthinkable and and that museum will be remembered for centuries even the next generation who will gonna born 1000 years from will remember the history of your native land. I hope it will preserved 💗

" WOOOWW,, WHAT A GREAT HISTORY , WHAT A GREAT STORY , AND WHAT A GREAT LIFE STORY OF A MAN WHO WANT TO RESTORE THE HONOR & GLORY OF THEIR ANCESTORS EVEN ALONE "
I felt the pain, hurt and sincerity of that guy talking in that video - and to my opinion - that is the great support if you are human being that believes in God’s greatest love - because your husband Boris was created by God with so many talent. I pray that God will guide you both to use your both talent combined for a special purpose. God bless you guys 🙏💐💕

The first video of your channel I watched was when you were travelling to the Philippines. Now, I am watching this, I didn't expect how serious and sad the situations were. How unfair they were to Boris. May God pour you more blessing to compensate for the injustice Boris experienced there... And... May the decision of the leaders of the Cossack's society and the priest be a heavy burden on their minds and live longer so they would be held responsible to their children for having made a decision based on a shallow, judgmental and conceited mind. Boris did not commit any heinous crime so he did not, does not and will never deserve a punishment of excommunication from the church and expulsion from the society.
Just continue your daily blog soon you have a huge supporter. Remember that we Filipinos are very supportive an emotional people . Keep it up!your new subscriber here in k.s.a.
This is really nice to watch and a lot of lessons that you can learn. Boris is such a nice guy and a visionary. I feel sorry he didnt get support for his projects. Time will come.to those people who refused not to support him will realize their own mistakes. Keep it up Boris, enjoy and explore the Philippines.
Wow, i was totally amazed by your true story. I have great respect to your husband. What a deducation to ancestors and loyalty, passion, you have to have extraordinary belief, skills and perspective to survive what you have gone through. You are too blessed to outcome those challenges..trully, God is powerful and has plan for each one of us. God bless you both and your family. Praying for safe, happiness in life.🙏🙏🙏🥰
Boris, May the Almighty Father blesses you and your family in the new beautiful country you now live in which is the Philippines . You have left your home country a very meaningful legacy which is not appreciated by mediocre people, but for sure it will be appreciated by the new generation and it will live in history forever. Thank you for inspiring the world with your greatest intentions for the new generation. Philippines is so lucky to have you and I believe you will do great things. I also thank your mom for inspiring lots of mothers in the world. She is a gem . Lastly, Congratulations to you and your wife this new amazing adventure in life. Love always win and makes everything better in life. 😍😍😍
Salute to your husband... i felt sad watching this video. I hope your husband and mother in law feel at home in your province. I have so much respect for them. May God bless your family always. New subscriber here. Love u all❤️❤️❤️
Boris and Darlene salamay for this story and Ill call a documentary of his life in Russia. This is an excellent vlog you have done..With his skills and knowledge I hope Boris can utilize his talents in Samal, Davao and can be an asset to his new country the Philippines...salamat to Boris, Katya and Darlene...Welcome again and God bless po. from Denver, CO.
Wow, what a story you have there...I can't believe I sat here for over an hour watching this episode, but it was all worth it...Sad, but happy that you have found your true happiness in the Philippines with your mother in tow...There's also a story I've watched about a group of Russians back in the days when the only country who took them in was the Philippines...it's out there on YT....Boris, you are one heck of a human being and a very talented craftsman. One day, we would like to see you build your own "Russian Hut" somewhere in the Philippines :-)
this is absolutely correct...that was through World War 2...which followed world war one which just preceded that end of what was until then the great Russian Empire...when the communists took over.....ONE of those russians that fled the destruction of the wars and the bolshevik "revolt" ...was MY own professor in classical piano in the University of the Philippines..i was then one of her students in her more mature years...after she retired from the Concert Stage as piano concerto soloist in MANILA...she was from ST PETERSBURG...and treated me so strictly...but like a mother...she insisted that i not only study what she taught well...but that even my person must be dignified...neat...well-combed hair...buttoned shirt ....different from other russians who , after WW2 went on to Australia or USA...SHE decided to become a filipino citizen... a deeper history is : the RUSSIANS had arrived in the philippines by 1894...just after Dr. Jose Rizal died..and the americans took over from SPAIN...in the first philippine government as SPAIN was ending its administration...the Russian Empire had established a TRADE and CULTURE mission in the philippines...russians started to come for trade and culture exchange and some actually intermarried , taught russian language..arts..painting..music. composing...and then they must have died off as families when the TRADE MISSION was ordered CLOSED by the AMERICANS in 1898...that is part of the history of Russia AND the Philippines that is lost in the education of the filipinos...people can cehck HISTORICAL ARCHIVES online...(i found it when reading Online...when i was in NYC years ago) ...among the "CULTURAL CENTER" archives...there people can see...photocopies of original news papers...with actual names of the RUSSIANS ... our problem is the unjustified control of the americans in our knowledge and path as a country...i should know...I LIVED in the USA...NYC...for over 3 decades...where my closest colleagues ...professors and friends WERE russians...as a musician...and i had visited ST PETERSBURG if just 2 weeks... i am still saddened that we as a people LOST so much time and opportunities to exchange with the Russian People..for they have MUCH to offer us...in their character..their story and great achievements and struggles in their very long complex history...just as much as WE as a people of many influences have much to offer them...especially in peace, friendship...and creative and constructive things in thsi world.. the philippines SHOULD pick up where it left off...and have deeper ties with the RUSSIAN people and their culture.
I watched your video from start to finish. Very inspiring story. Maybe Boris could bring his vision to the Philippines. Many generous Filipinos will help him along the way.
I like your voice and the way you narrate. Keep on your work and we'll support you. May your husband and mother-in-law adapt well here in our country and they enjoy. Good luck to your family.
This story was just heartbreaking. It’s hard to believe that this project wasn’t supported. The completed hut turned out beautiful. Maybe you and your husband could build a similar hut with an oven in your province like the one he built in Russia.
Hi Darlene and Borris, I just started to watched your videos since yesterday and see myself being hooked with your stories. Felt so bad for what happened to your husband, but I believe that God has somehow had reasons why it has to happen and probably because he is about to soar high in some other ways. Moving with his mom to the Philippines is such a big step and decision but he did it anyways and with you and his mom’s support is such a courage. I admire your husband, his mom and you. I wish your family the best with your new life in the Philippines. Take care of your husband and his mom. Love and protect them. God bless. Ps: you have undeniable talent. I love how you narrate in every stories of your videos. Keep it up! I really wish you all the best!❤
You absolutely smart and beautiful and sad story to share to the world, and can't help myself for crying because who in the world could do something like that.... but most importantly is your safe, and away from them, God bless you all....
Thank you for sharing your husband's story about the reason why he left Russia. I applaud him for not giving up even when everything seems to go against his goal. What he wants to do for those children are selfless. I admire anyone that does the right thing because it is the right thing to do. It's also sad to see and hear how growth stops because people are misinformed. Hearing how the society members conversations went on, they didn't know any better because they are shielded from how it is outside. It's sad to hear that they seems so suspicious about his intention but it is because they only know some information. I have a Russian friend, they have very good hearts and watching this videos, it shows that they but what the government does to this good hearted people is sad to see.
What a very inspirational, yet sad documentary. It's well written and narrated. Your husband, and friend Vadim, are truly honorable human beings who believe in the preservation of their culture. Hats off to them. A head-scratcher, though, is the amount of drama, hurt egos, and bureaucracy by the talking-heads that opposed the project. You can sense his pain after finding the fruit trees uprooted and then watch in horror while heavy machinery destroy a living tree. Really heavy symbolism in that sequence, with regards to those trees. Like any good Disney story goes though, I hope your husband and mother-in-law brought "seeds" from those same trees and plant them in the Philippines. Best to your family!
Just move on from all the pain from the past and start a new beginning life is a long journey Don't stop at the end of the day may ur dream come through in a different way just i say everything happens for a reason 😉 just think positive and ur husband apply for double citizenship as a pilipino the first move u can do and helping him to achieve his dream soon simple life is a happy life love ur mother in law☺️😘
They already brought themselves to grow and florist in the Philippines 🇵🇭 (They are the seeds) With their talents, beliefs, bravery, perseverance, physical and mental well-being and believer of what they dreamed and fight for. We must protect this kind of people and let them shine like their visionary and brave ancestors. 💪🙏
Congratulations Boris for your vision and renovating the Cossack hut with your mum. You accomplished what you set out to do and saved an icon of the past. Finding shells from the war gone by, history conjured in my mind. If the new owners have a sense of the, they'd keep the hut. What beautiful workmanship. Maybe your name will be attached to the hut and move through history as the sole renovator and restorer of history. What a beautiful caring loving man you are. Kudos to your parents, grandparents who also cared for others, and that legacy is you. They grew trees so people had free food. Thank you for sharing this beautiful story and history of the hut. Now it's time to start a new life for your family in a new country. Your wife, your mum and yourself are strong caring loving people. Happiness and blessings to you and your family ♡
What a sad story, all the hard work, and your mom helped just waisted, and lost everything, and improved the building , and work alone no help, so emotional , lost everything ...I hope you'll find a place to settle down and claim is yours, along with your loving wife and your mom.... what a sad story that you shared with us watching this video, May God bless you and your family.....
Oh very interesting and yet so sad documentary now I know why your husband and mother -in- law decided to leave Russia and move to our very dear country which is PHILIPPINES with you. I wish all of u a happy life there forever may God be with u all!
I couldn't believe that they opposed such honorable project which aimed in preserving part of Cossack's history -- their history! What a shame. Boris made the right decision in restoring the hut despite the many oppositions he faced. So, kudos to your husband. He's got a good heart.
Your husband is a descendant of a great family in Russia having achieved such feat and they only thought of things that would benefit of your village you and husband also had a great contribution i appreciate you for having blogged this it lis very informative and very interesting and it seems that you researched well esp on your village history
Wow, this is quite a story! Your husband and his mother are very strong determined people. Life is not fair, but in living almost 65 years, I have seen God repair, replace, restore, beyond my wildest dreams! Peace and blessings to you!💜💜💜
This is a heart-rending story, so beautifully narrated. Your husband is such a very good man, love for his culture and keeping the tradition alive. I pray that you, your husband and your mother in-law will have a good future here in our country. Just continue your blog, you will gain more viewers because you are very unique, articulate and I like the way you presented everything in your blog. Just enjoy your life here in our country. Praying for your success and may all your wishes will come true. ❤️
Thank you for sharing your story. You will always be remembered on what you fight for and the hut that you restored. Part of you will always stay in your homeland. It’s hard to leave that beautiful place. A big respect to your Mother for being supportive of you. I know that you will both enjoy your stay in the Philippines. You’re a very talented artist. Many Filipino will appreciate you sharing your talent with them. A warm hug from me and the rest of your subscriber to welcome you here in the Philippines.
New subscriber here. I admire your (Boris) love and courage to make a difference for bigger cause and purpose . Just keep on keeping on. Your contributions for good is not gonna go waste.
I admire your husband, he has a very good heart and he is a visionary. The film made me cry as the trees were torn down and how he and his dear mother went about the restoration with so much dedication. I discovered your youtube channel and see how you made your trip to the Philippines is very remarkable and you have "found" a "new" home for your future now. Take good care of your love and wish you the very best of luck 🙏🏽
Thats sad that your own community back in your country did not see the vision you have for the community and the passion you have to preserve history for the new generation. PHILIPPINES IS LUCKY to have you as a new addition to the community.
I like u Darlene the way.u.speak english is nice sorry if i used taglish matalino ka and ilike the way u.carry ur self being the oldest siblings to ur family ur are very responsible love ur mother inlaw ur husband some day makakamit mo ang mga pangarap mo i 'm ur new subcriver god blesd
Uprooting the fruit trees was so heartbreaking apart from its beautiful story but God has better plans... Y'all will come out as the winner in the end...keep going...
Ego, power tripping, jealousy and politics. They don’t like you Boris because they fear such a young, intelligent and committed member of the community and they don’t have that.
The admininstration only cared about easy money business. The people didnt believe that Boris' vision is valuable. What a shame because they didnt have a Jose Rizal that said "Whoever does not look back from where he came from will not arrive at his destination". At least in the Philippines we have the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples and National Historical Commission to make sure local tribes and historical sites are protected from private sale.
This is a heart-rending story so beautifully told.Boris, you have an indomitable spirit that is inspiring. You and your friend Vadim give Russia a good name.Your Cossack ancestors must be very proud of you.Hats off to your mom for nurturing such a beautiful soul.I'm so glad you and Darlene found each other. She is obviously intelligent and articulate despite the lack of higher formal education. In another vlog, she said she was not able to fulfill her dream of going to college because of poverty and how she became the breadwinner of the family at such a young age.She has put her siblings to school and two of which are in universities and doing well academically. She is a remarkable young lady and so wise. She has the wisdom of ages.Though her family is poor in material wealth,it is evident to me they are rich in many other ways.Kudos to her mother for bringing up such well grounded children singlehandedly. My wish for you and Darlene is owning land vast enough to build an ancestral home in and for you to fill it with so many fruit trees to your heart's content and for your mom to grow old comfortably in.May your great grandchildren hear of your story and be proud.May this story be immortalized in a book for many generations to learn of.
Good day Ma'am Janet. Thank you very much for your wonderful comment. Boria and I was so touched that we teared up a little and talked about how good you all are to us. Your kind words motivates us. He still couldn't believe that people can be so sweet, gentle and compassionate towards us. Take care and we wish you all the best.
You have our respect! You and your mama is most welcome in the Philippine!! You can still continue your vision here in philippine.. God has its plan! Don't lost hope! We are moved by what happened!! It's so sad! No one cares!!
Hello friends, this is my husband’s POV. If you are interested to watch his videos about the restoration of Ataman’s Hut, you can visit his channel youtube.com/@user-oy7im6jk8d
My mom and i will support your vlog..❤️we wish you all the best..and hope soon dito kayo mag succeed sa lahat ng maganda nyong plano..keep it up..tuloy nyo lang ang vlog nyo..godbless
I am so glad to stumble upon your vblog. You are very articulate with the way you tell your story. Your story is interesting to me because I have a good friend here in California from Kazakhstan Russia. More power to you and God bless your journey.
Boris, I am saddened by your experiences in your own village. A very similar situation is going on right next door to where I live. I have been shocked and dismayed by perspectives based on pure selfish nonsense. Unfortunately you will find that good but small minded people are everywhere in the world. Still, your vision and work will outlast every negative experience and will go down in history as a truly meaningful effort. Thank you for sharing your story and please keep creating with Darlene and your mother everywhere you go.
Borya is one Russiam Precious Gem that Philippines has now Won .A very intelligent friend of mine has this favourite saying,”There is Order in The Universe “
Rejections are redirection. Impart your artistry here with the Filipinos, Boris, and make known around the globe. I am glad to have come across your vlog today. Your storytelling is so smooth and soft, Darlene, as if a baby sleeping peacefully in a rocking cradle.
Hello Boris and Darlene, I watched the whole documentary and broke me to tears. Boris had gone through so much in his country but what he did is commendable. I hope one day his people will realize that what he did, he did it for the future of his people. It maybe a sad story but I think there will be a time one day his people will thank him. He has given so much. I wish him all the best in his new country and I hope he is happier. I am a new subscriber and will look forward to your new videos. 😊

I hope she adjusted well to her new life, environment and to the people around her now. Good luck and see you more in your videos.
OMG!! Those beautiful trees ruined by hate! I'm so sorry that happened. They were planted with love by your grandparents and just like that, gone. Such a crime!
your vlog about Boris background is interesting, and his love of his culture and keeping the tradition alive for the younger generation is heroic in modern terms but sadly less appreciated in his hometown. we have similar struggles among our indigenous communities here. i hope he can continue also online to teach and implement his cultural project.
Just move on Start a new beginning and always keep on going dont stop dreaming to be useful and meaningful in this world anyway everything happens for a reason good luck for both of u start a new life welcome to the Philippines love ur mother in law more than anything mwaaa
😂🤣
Darlene, you can now write a priceless Novel for your Husband, Boris' accomplishments and noble visions. Not all Heroes have a happy ending. There are always frustrations and struggles along the way. But the end is always fruitful out of bitterness. 💖🌼 Do not be in despair. 💝 Keep holding on. 💪💚❤️
Thank you very much for your kind words 🤗❤️
Both of you are highly intelligent couple. Proud of you Darlene. You have a very brave and good husband. Good Luck to both of you.

I agree...
You’re a good storyteller, Darlene. And for Boris, its Russia’s loss. Welcome to the Philippines! Good luck to both of you.
Ilang taon ka sa Russia Darlene? It seems ang dami mo ng nagawang projects doon sa lugar nyo sa Russia, and I admire you for being so fluent in English language

It's seems like I am watching a documentary...I love the way how you narrate...hope that Boris keep doing visionary works here in the Philippines.
Boris is a wonderful human being. He is very talented and has many skills. So is Darlene. I wish you both success in the Philippines.
I have much respect for your husband. He will do very well wherever he lives
😊😊😊
I like your voice and the way you narrate. Keep on your work and we'll support you. May your husband and mother-in-law adapt well here in our country and they enjoy. Good luck to your family.
You can’t put a good man down. Wherever he goes, I am sure he will always find his footing.
You have a humble and talented man, he knows some curving and hand made pottery and he can have a shop for furniture and knowledge about blacksmith.
I considered Boris a hero! God has bigger plan for you!
Did you also edit the video? Or did your husband do this? Great stuff this video has - pang award winning documentary. Congrats to you both!
Both Boris and Darlene already did an awesome job documenting Boris's story; maybe, some mainstream media pick it up so more people can watch it.
I couldn't believe that they opposed such honorable project which aimed in preserving part of Cossack's history -- their history! What a shame. Boris made the right decision in restoring the hut despite the many oppositions he faced. So, kudos to your husband. He's got a good heart.
Thank you very much from me and Boris❤️😊
Your husband is a descendant of a great family in Russia having achieved such feat and they only thought of things that would benefit of your village you and husband also had a great contribution i appreciate you for having blogged this it lis very informative and very interesting and it seems that you researched well esp on your village history
Galing nmn ni madam mag narrate. Napaka talented ni boris at skilled sa craftsman, mgagamit nya yan sa bgong buhay nya sa pilipinas.
Thank you po❤️
What a beautiful story! 😘
This is so sad...heart wrenching. 😭
Very impressive work and determination! You have our respect Boris👍🏼 hope you will find fulfilment and happiness in our country🙏

Hats off to you and your mother, what a moving and inspiring story to tell! ❤
@@islandlifebd new subscriber here,
I am so glad to stumble upon your vblog.
Boris's village lost a very talented man and Philippines gain from it.
Its going to be a very HUGE change for Boris. I wish him & his Wife the Best.

I hope she adjusted well to her new life, environment and to the people around her now. Good luck and see you more in your videos.
Interesting... are you narrating this video for your husband? Your husband seems to be a good man. Take care of each other.
OMG!! Those beautiful trees ruined by hate! I'm so sorry that happened. They were planted with love by your grandparents and just like that, gone. Such a crime!
Amazing stories about your husband. You should write a book on this . Best wishes with your new life in PI.

your vlog about Boris background is interesting, and his love of his culture and keeping the tradition alive for the younger generation is heroic in modern terms but sadly less appreciated in his hometown. we have similar struggles among our indigenous communities here. i hope he can continue also online to teach and implement his cultural project.
So sad, so hurtful. May you find peace, contentment and prosperity in the Philippines with your artistic talents, character and bravery.
