    He was so confident of his throw that he didn't even bother where it landed..He raised his hands as soon as he released the javelin..been watching olympics since 90s.but never became so happy and proud before..

      Cricketers like virat and Sachin Hardik and dhoni and all others earning in crores because of fan following and sponsorship if they r true sportsmen and support India and have patriotism and support sports shud invest to sponsor these budding stars in all Olympic Games be it archery , fencing ,javelin or whatever instead of making 100 crore 200 crore houses... That's becoming too selfish and self-centered and they got Lucky but they shud show their gratitude back to country through such sponsorship.. They will be even more loved and respected and will be seen as true heroes of the country and being sportsmen them self they will be an example for other sponsors.. And also people will start following the athletic games these cricket stars support and that game too will get famous and liked and will receive attention...
      Only then we can get more medals in Olympics...
      Otherwise never supporting athletes in their practise and infrastructure and never silupporting their game and just expecting medal is not fair and doesn't make sense...we make heroes of cricketers and make movies on them, r they supporting the sports and society and India truly so much in return to the love they get?

    His coach is from Germany who himself had thrown javelin over 100 metres but was not recorded b'coz after that javelin's centre of gravity was changed.

      Yep coz last throw didn’t matter, it’s best of 6 which he had already achieved frm the 2nd shot & he was the last one to play in the 6th round so he had already won when other 7 players finished & didn’t beat his best score, last shot was just played coz of the rules but yes! Soooooo proud of him for bringing Gold medal Home❤️🇮🇳❤️🇮🇳

    1:37 Was so confident that he even didn't look back at spear after throwing it, This is called self confident 🔥, you get this type of confidence When you come prepare from home....he perfectly knew that throw was at 45° and would get maximum range 😅👌....Thank you for making all Indians Proud 🇮🇳 🇮🇳 👏👏❤

      Actually 45° is not the optimum angle while throwing sports. It is optimum if you don't factor in the muscles' work and the different drag factors.
      There was a certain problem on Renick Halliday Walker regarding this.
