Because the game was meant to handle one final smash at a time. Having two different final smashes makes it so that the last person to get the smash ball gets the effect, and therefore causes that the graphics not to show up for the earlier person. This causes some character's final smashes to freeze the game.
I didn't even realize the guy who makes all these amusing FE;A videos happens to be the guy who made the first youtube videos I ever watched about how to dodge final smashes.

Tilt forward and press A to forward Air with Nana just as soon as Popo throws them forward because of tilting the control stick.

Ike does his FS, then when Ike is coming down, Link does his FS on who Ike has, and then Ness/Lucas does his FS in the middle of Link's FS. 1. I know that would be a pain to try, but it's just a theory! 2. I wonder how much damage would come from that. 3. I don't have SSBB, but from your movie I could see the FS of everyone. You dun have to try it... it's just a theory!
Unless you had the homebrew channel and used codes before, there's no way for you to "forget" because there's no mode in the game that lets you do so. There are final smash combinations that will freeze your Wii Console.
How about "no". You can go hear that tune pretty much anytime with Final Smash compilation videos. My point was to mimic the Nintendo World's Brawl Trailer.
