For the first time showing Gyomei fight, UFOtable POPPED THE EFF OFF, and for good reason.
This man is the strongest Hashira, after all.
This ark is absolutely necessary. It builds the relationships between the Demon Slayers and deepens their connection to the viewer. That way when we inevitably lose characters it’s going to hit way harder.
I gotta give props to the VA Maaya Sakamoto and the animators behind the character of Tamayo that made a usually not quite compelling “tell, don’t show” moment very compelling of her reason behind her hatred towards Muzan, the lady just wanted to live a little longer to see her children grow up and he pulls a Dio of transforming her into a monster and let her kill her family. 😭
Forreal. I knew her backstory already, but UFOtable made her reintroduction EPIC.
Holy crap. No for real. The moment every Corps member was transported to Muzan's castle, I couldn't utter anything but "Holy crap" the goosebumps I felt when every single Corps members had a door appear under them and started flying down I was shocked by the scale of Muzan's plan that he had been working on. No wonder he had eyes on every single member, it was for this moment where he could finally take them all out. I'm overwhelmed by the magnitude of his plan.
When I saw serious Zenitsu I’m like “oh shit”
Tell me about it. Both leaders in this series are complete masterminds, leading to this SPECTACULAR final confrontation and one of the greatest cliffhangers in anime- no, in TELEVISION history.

My boy opens his eyes and shows us that he is absolutely locked in and ready to fight.
If Zenitsu is this locked in to rumble with Demons while awake, you know how hard this whole arc is going to go.
I also love how all the Hashira were calling out for their master. And then you have Tanjiro just scream Muzan's name as he charges in to murder him.
You can see that Tanjito's presence alone greatly angered Muzan, that boy is a source of both fear and frustration for Muzan. Understandably so too.
Man Inosuke was just eating in peace then get teleport and boy! He was ready for carriage let go everyone 🗡⚔️😤!

The famous Infinity Castle has begun. Can't wait to see when the Hashira, Tanjiro & Co. Go off in animation style 👌
UFOtable gave us a taste of what they are cooking for the infinity castle arc. The animation of mansion explosion and Muzan’s appearance afterwards was absolutely amazing. If there’s a level of animation beyond God tier, then we are about to witness it with these movies.

Demon Slayer is the epitome of a slumbering giant. People say however they want about it whenever it’s asleep, but the moment it wakes up and rears its head, the tremendous roar it bellows freezes everyone in a standstill and captures our collective attention. You cannot deny this now; Demon Slayer is a phenomenon.
Episode legit blew my mind, TV got at least three standing ovations tonight 👏

Our boy is after one Demon in particular.
He may only know how to do one of the official Forms of Thunder Breathing, Form One, but he's absolutely going to use it to obliterate his opponent.
Zenitsu is awake, not panicking and ready to slay a Demon.
That's when you know you done messed up somewhere in your plan, when Zenitsu is awake and willing to fight.
The episode was PEAK. The ending felt like a movie or series just ended for the final time. The music at the Infinity Castle going into the credits was so good to hear. I. We are not ready for next level peak of next arc
This ending alone made up for the slow almost stopping pacing of this season. *MY GOD!* They know so well how to hype. All the characters reaction were so perfect and that entire dialogue between Muzan and Ubuyashiki was absolutely perfect! Not a single dull second! Here comes the Infinity Castle arc!
I always hear every one complain about 3d use in anime.. can we take a moment and appreciate because this is how you use 3d in anime! That explosion was beautiful!!
Luv how the stone Hashira got the others out of their initiative surprised and they immediately try to go for the kill until Michael Jackson said "nope you play ny trap card"

I think what confused Muzan is, how would one man much less a man, a woman, and two girls hide murderous intent from him. One daughter stayed in the yard but, one daughter went somewhere else. So if I had to guess…
The Kokushibo vs Hashiras fight will be the most sword choreo peak in all anime history

If all demon slayers including sanemi the wind hashira respect someone on this level, that really shows how much master and his family holds the value in their hearts.

I clearly remember one of the girl having Black hair so I was wondering if there was 3, 4 if not more of them not being sisters but being part of the same clan.

Kagaya's Childrens are a quintuplet. The two elder daughters died here, but the remaining two daughters and the son, the one with black hair are alive and ready to guide the slayers.

Yes and no. No because demon slayer is ufotables cash cow which is understandable but it causes them to make weird choices like this season. Also the direction could be a bit better

Ive been waiting years for this to finally be played out. And when i tell you its exactly as good as i thought it was gonna be. Its even fucking better. These animators need a raise RIGHT NOW. Im literally so exited and filled with different types of emotions simply because of the movie trilogy announcement. I know in my heart this is going to be a monumental moment in anime history. I just loved the fact that the first to draw his sword and charge Muzan was Tanjiro and I really hope we get a scene where someone's gonna yell "This is for Rengoku" as they kill the demon responsable for his death.
Otherwise, I'm ready to wait till midnight on my computer to get the tickets for the showing in Montréal.
Tanjiro was all about just killing Muzan.
While the Hashira were all concerned for their master, Tanjiro just screams Muzans name and charges in.
Damn I admire the tenacity of Tanjiro, ain't nothing or no one going to stop him from avenging his friends and family.
I adore that Muzan is visibly angry and afraid when Tanjiro screams out his name.
Muzan didn't blink or flinch after everything else that was just done to him. The second Tanjiro screams out his name and charges in, anger and fear flash over his face.
UFOtable basically saw everyone criticising the season for being slow and boring and just went "aight, bet."
3:21 there is so much sidestory they can adapt too!! they can MILK it but they won't, they are probably gonna adapt it after the main canon story! and we all want it too

It's weird how most reactors seem to assume at first that the explosion was Muzan's doing.
Even when I read this in the manga for the first time, I could tell this was a self-sacrifice.
Was so hyped and overflowing with emotions and this was a great season in general. Finished the manga after season 1 but seeing the panel come to life is just on a different level!

I anticipated something happening because I thought the kids were about to leave, as one of them had come to retrieve the ball. But now it appears they have died. Both had white hair, so the son must still be alive. This is setting up to be a massacre, a total war.
I just hope that i won't die until i see this three movies, because it will take a looooong time before we could watch all of them 😂

I’m ready. I read the manga. We ain’t seen nothing yet! The animation team enhances the manga and makes the story better.
So when the chapter of Muzan and Kagaya Ubuyashi meeting came out, the fan translation did an extra edit after the original chapter were they subbed in the Marine copypasta for Ubuyashi's speech and timed it out to where he goes "your f'n dead kiddo" before the blast. I always just thought that was hilarious.

Last time I was this in awe watching an anime was I think Gyutaro vs Uzui in season 2. And I don't want to say this episode was better, just because of the recency bias, but I will for sure rewatch it at least couple more times. ABSOLUTE CINEMA

The fact that Muzan, even for one moment, had more concern for the wife and kids than Kaguya potentially did (and we'll never know one way or the other!!) is wild.
Kagaya loved his family, they volunteered to be with him ofc, though it still takes a lot to do that regardless
i just dont understand the tiny group hating so badly on demon slayer for its story when most people are praising its animation, we get the story isnt crazy but give ufotable some credit for making it so hype, people saying that this newest episode was mid is beyond delusional

I dont know why people dont like this season, sure it was slow and nothing really happened except this insane episode, but it’s full of comedy. LITERALLY the only season where they will be peace until everything goes down. As someone in the future who will watch everything accordingly, this season has the perfect build up to the infinity castle. People just need to grow the hell up and appreciate the build up, you are not going to die from waiting another year for the most peak movie. Do something with your life while you wait people lol
It's not only a question of which Hashira will die, it's also will any of them live? Not to talk about Zenitsu and Inouske, sure they are part of our main group but will they live or die? What about Tanjiro? Sure he's the MC but will it be something like he and Muzan taking eachother out? There is so many people we can question if they will live or die. As for the Demonslayers as a whole. If they manages to take out Muzan, what will they do after since all demons will dissapear with Muzan. What will happen with Nezuko if Muzan dies? (Yes I've read the manga but still it's questions to be asked)
