Nope, she wouldn’t have a case. That’s not private medical information, and that also isn’t defamation. The items did indeed belong to her. The only thing that princess girl could get from this is bad karma.

She can and would most definitely get a defamation suit out of this. If you find out somebody's medical issues, you cannot use it to defame their character, which is what princess did. She did not sign a release of information or show or tell princess verbally about her medical issues, so therefore what princess did to her, was against the law, which would have to be most likely followed up in a civil court.
