My brother just died in July. I've been devastated ever since, and also quite angry. He has been "hijacking" my Spotify..so to speak.. daily.. with one song. I think of literally the comic Watchmen (“who watches the watchmen”) it explores the complex relationship between ethics and grief, showing how personal losses shape each character’s idea of right and wrong. Characters try to make the world better, but their grief and personal struggles cloud their judgment and their altruism, leading them to take extreme actions and question if true goodness is even possible in our messy world, or if our ideas of right and wrong are influenced by our pain and losses (among other really dense, gritty, and other super complicated issues).

I just lost my beautiful black kitty too, in August. I went to a shelter last weekend to lo9k at new kitties but it didn't work out, the cat i liked went into a foster home. I guess my little Karina doesn't want me to get a new baby yet!! 😅

Two nurses told me to tell but I’m not a cop caller (he has “friends”) plus he had the audacity to stalk me after. My entire life has crumbled. I needed to take a leave and when i went back my boss was intentionally playing games. Needless to say i dont have a job, nobody has hired me. Ive lost my home. Thanks, Andie! It's hard to not be angry. I need healthcare and there's something in particular that concerns me. I've not tried to threaten anyone, but I've tried to be above board with everyone, which is way better than they've been with me. The harassment has become like a cancer that has metastasized in remote places other than the Rte. 99 people. To get the healthcare that I need, it looks like I may have to leave PA. I had to leave an unaffiliated Dr appt, because she just wanted to pick at my attendance. What I need help with affects my attendance, but it isn't accepted by the medical community yet, so there's no $$ in it. It's all about the Benjamins. I think they are trying to run me out, because I do stand up for myself tooth and toenail. I've explained to them that the solidarity of a union is to give employees a strong voice in negotiating with their employer. It is not to be used as the grapevine to organize a harassment plan against a patient that knows and demands their rights and reports, when they're violated. My civil rights were even violated. It's a hairy deal, because people all across the country are being treated like dog shit, by the medical industry, pharmaceutical industry, insurance industry, and their employers, just because everybody wants to rule the world. Like the song says and be a billionaire. So, it's dog-eat-dog and don't get eaten by a dog. Shitsky McRyan! 😂 The problem is 99.9999999999% of the people are soaking in the bystander effect. Which then created ripples. Not being your strength. Missing important events like your birthday, not talking to you when you came to my door. Creating more ripples I was trying to avoid a deeper untangled mess. I chose to stay silent instead of speaking. Avoiding hurting your feelings saying things I would regret. But I hurt you in another way. By not being there. So the conclusion from all this we were both wrong in our reactions with each other. I think of literally the comic Watchmen (“who watches the watchmen”) it explores the complex relationship between ethics and grief, showing how personal losses shape each character’s idea of right and wrong. Characters try to make the world better, but their grief and personal struggles cloud their judgment and their altruism, leading them to take extreme actions and question if true goodness is even possible in our messy world, or if our ideas of right and wrong are influenced by our pain and losses (among other really dense, gritty, and other super complicated issues).

Wow.. a bunch of us must resonate, and I literally today got the guts to report the man who sexually assaulted me early Aug. 2024. Two nurses told me to tell but I’m not a cop caller (he has “friends”) plus he had the audacity to stalk me after.

My entire life has crumbled. I needed to take a leave and when i went back my boss was intentionally playing games. Needless to say i dont have a job, nobody has hired me. Ive lost my home. Thanks, Andie! It's hard to not be angry. I need healthcare and there's something in particular that concerns me. I've not tried to threaten anyone, but I've tried to be above board with everyone, which is way better than they've been with me. The harassment has become like a cancer that has metastasized in remote places other than the Rte. 99 people. To get the healthcare that I need, it looks like I may have to leave PA. I had to leave an unaffiliated Dr appt, because she just wanted to pick at my attendance. What I need help with affects my attendance, but it isn't accepted by the medical community yet, so there's no $$ in it. It's all about the Benjamins. I think they are trying to run me out, because I do stand up for myself tooth and toenail. I've explained to them that the solidarity of a union is to give employees a strong voice in negotiating with their employer. It is not to be used as the grapevine to organize a harassment plan against a patient that knows and demands their rights and reports, when they're violated. My civil rights were even violated. It's a hairy deal, because people all across the country are being treated like dog shit, by the medical industry, pharmaceutical industry, insurance industry, and their employers, just because everybody wants to rule the world. Like the song says and be a billionaire. So, it's dog-eat-dog and don't get eaten by a dog. Shitsky McRyan! 😂 The problem is 99.9999999999% of the people are soaking in the bystander effect. Here’s my resent situation I’ve been dealing with my best friend. I feel it resonates with “the watch men”
Your over reaction not stopping your negative thoughts about yourself & situation. Continual pushing this at me. I tried to be a pillar of strength for as long as I could for you & my own chaos & troubles. Till I couldn’t any longer. I pulled back. And away from you. Which then created ripples. Not being your strength. Missing important events like your birthday, not talking to you when you came to my door. Creating more ripples I was trying to avoid a deeper untangled mess. I chose to stay silent instead of speaking. Avoiding hurting your feelings saying things I would regret. But I hurt you in another way. By not being there. So the conclusion from all this we were both wrong in our reactions with each other. I am sorry I could no longer be your source of strength for you. I hope you understand I am trying to see this all from a balanced perspective. Where neither of us was right. We were both wrong in how we handled this. And how we handled each other.
