This would be true if they have actually changed their behaviours addressed their shadow side, addictions, sought out therapy which is highly unlikely with a low probability especially for men..and no I would never have treated someone the way they treated me…beyond cruel.. so I’m not buying it..he showed me who he truly is when they do this take it for what it is..don’t ignore the red flags and especially not a 2nd, 3rd time etc..,they are just seeing if they still have you on a string of hope and if they can still manipulate…once trust is gone sorry but it’s a no for me

I’ve left my recent husband due to abuse and narcissism, this caused an awakening for me. Since I left I have been expanding and raising my vibrations at such a fast rate. I'm currently in a repeating cycle, but it is different this time. I'm stronger, I'm sticking to therapy, I'm sticking to my personal transformation goals, but the other part of it, I'm not giving up until I get all the answers I need to make the best decision. Spirit has been telling me to 'Trust the Process", that signs will come soon and All will be well. So, I am hoping that my old patterns of being in fear, paranoia and obsession are going to get broken and transmuted for good. You are completely spot on this guy wants me to be a bad girl, but I’m just not that person and don’t want to be. I tried that persona on for a while but it always felt like a mask to me. Underneath I have always been a good girl and now woman at heart. He needs to unmask himself because deep down he is a good guy too, he’s just forgotten that’s who he truly is. He has just been conditioned by the toxic people around him. He thinks that’s where his power comes from but it isn’t. He has been giving his power away to too many people like not enough butter over too much toast.

I can't get over how resonant this is for me. The way I have been thinking of it (as I do this process over and over and over) is like dyeing indigo - when you dip a cloth in indigo dye, and take it out again, the indigo colour is there for a second but fades instantly. You have to keep dipping it over and over and over, and then after many times, it starts to look a little tiny bit indigo, and then after many, many, many more times, it finally starts to look properly indigo.
