yeah it also happened to me, it might sound lame but, I did 20 squats, after that I got lightheaded, my vision turned dark I can't see anymore but I can hear and think, in short I'm still conscious. for like 2 mins. I thought I was gonna die back then, then I sat and then lots of sweat poured out from my body.

@@traxexgg this just happened to me. I had a workout after a long time not working out, then I started to feel sick, then a lot of sweating and vision went bad, ears ringing. I just sat down for a while then went to lie down when I could. Then I felt fine. I’m going to try not to over exert myself, and take it easy, but could these all be symptoms of something more serious?
My dream is to be a cadet here in philippines but I don't think I can do that because 5 minutes working out sucks for me😭. I can't see and hear when I'm about to pass out
Just Came back from My First Day At the Gym Was doing warmup and Jumping Jacks Suddenly felt Fatigued amd Dizzy then Everything became Black Felt very bad and wasnt the start i was expecting Stay strong and work your way slowly and Steadily All the Best and Take Care .
I first experienced this when I was recovering from a lengthy rut in the lockdowns and a dark time in my life and I was doing intensive cycling like I used to do back then in the sweltering hot sun (ignored heat warnings) and on hilly terrain. I had a very bad bike that I borrowed from the people where I was staying over and just legged it for around 20 minutes, and I forgot to take my phone. I’m glad I wasn’t familiar with the area because it’s very possible I could’ve strayed far from where I was staying and when finishing up with exercise after pushing myself to the limit, I felt really thirsty and I felt very fatigued. I managed to drag my bike, barely made it up steep stairs and crawled into my house almost temporarily losing my hearing (like someone was speaking through multiple rooms or a flash bang hit me) and I had super deep tunnel vision, everything appeared deep purple and the peripheral vision was completely gone. My family in the house saw something was seriously wrong and watched over me on the couch as I was barely able to breathe and move, giving me cold water to recover from the heat and something light to eat since I didn’t eat before exercise (big mistake along with no water or phone.) Luckily there weren’t any lasting effects but damn blackouts are scary.
thanks i need to eat before i exercise. i felt myself getting ready to faint but threw up instead and had to lay down. everytime i tried to get up i would almost faint again. had to lay down for 30 mins. thanks for the knowledge im just glad this didn't happen while i was benching.
same…i always faint after 1 hour of practicing taekwondo then i have to lay down for 30 mins and later i can finally practice again but my teacher hates that and i have to do something about it asap
I was with my trainer and doing a regular workout and I started seeing white and things became really groggy. I had to sit down and have a fan or cold water splashed on me to get out of it. it took me almost 15 minutes to come back to normal. but it terrified me.
Happens and still happening with me now a days . When i am doing cardio mainly exercise for lower abs , jumping rope, and running on treadmill . I am 34 1987 born so dont know how to take this.
just happened to me a bit ago. i didn’t pass out while exercising, but after. After I went for a run, and I was in the shower when I felt really tired. my vision was blurry and i felt like I was moving in slow motion. i decided to rest my head on the wall, but when I open my eyes I was on the floor. what was weird was that I was thinking while I was unconscious, like it felt like I was talking to myself while I was on the floor with my eyes closed.
This just happened 2 hours ago. Was my very first time at the gym. I just followed some workout plan from youtube with the lowest setup, lifting only the bar and lowest reps n sets, but I did still passed out not even halfway of the plan. I feel so weak lol, I'm used to be on bed all day play games and movies. And I did not eat anything before the workout nor bring any water with me.. 😂
Happened here w me literally yesterday also, I was lifting the 90lb dumbbells all I remember is them falling on my stomach but didn’t feel it then was gone for like 4 secs then came back to life and put the weights back and played it off but my homie held me up maybe that’s why I didn’t fall to the floor
Same situation as u. i felt like i was about to pass during 2nd set of curls. So i had to skip tricep extension. Hope it's gets better. Cuz i want to gain weight so bad 😭
i really thought i was gonna die after a very intense workout. i was so sure of it that i had to sit down on the floor& my vision went black, 2 seconds later i came back and felt invincible
I've been working out since June I've never passed out from working out it's very unusual. I think I was either not drinking enough water or it was because my mom had the heat up I remember feeling nauseous and dizzy and than I went into another galaxy for a second loll It was scary and uncomfortable . Last time I passed out was from donating blood I was also too hot
this happened to me when i played my first airsoft match. i dont exercise, and i work on my computer whole day. i didnt do any warm up. i was catching my breath under the mask. and was sitting. and as far as i remember, im having hard time moving my arms, hard to breath and im losing my sight and then the voices around me is getting quieter, i feel a bit of pain in my head . not very painful but its not the pain i've ever experience before. next thing is i lose my consciousness. from time to time, while laying down. i can see some light. but i still cant move and cant hear clearly. sometimes i can feel someone touching me. my situation didnt improve until someone raise both of my legs. the guy who did that is from military medic. then little by little i can move, and my sight and my hearing imrpove. also i didnt realize my wife was slapping at me when i was unconcious. didnt feel that part. but she does say i have some reaction to the slapping. she said i wasnt breathing while i lay down. oh well, it was the first time i've experienced. so if ever someone is unconcious from resting after execercise. try raise both of his or her legs. it might help
4 months ago I lost consciousness and felt on my face I spent a week on the hospital.I tried to run again 4 days ago and I blacked out after only one minute thankfully I found a place to sit and rest.
I don't know about the ultimate solution but what worked for me was to slowly increase my running distance. From 300m to 1km i was increasing my distance per 100m each two weeks than 250m each 2 weeks and like i said before i always sit right after finishing running.
I just passed out in the shower after a hard workout. I'm still in shock. First time happening to me. Am I overreacting or is it really serious. God idk what's up with me
I suspect it was sugar was low. I got told yesterday my lips went blue/ white. I was 30 mins into a work out, I had worked on my legs and moved onto crunching machine - I don’t know what happened by I started to feel very dizzy and light headed, burr of vision , with nausea and was doing this space out. I asked woman and her husband for help next to me at this point my eyes shut and I was sweating on my own (not form work out) I was asking them ti get me outside for air for some reason I felt short of breath and needed breeze I was breathing like a busted bag pipe. The told me not to move I opened my eyes and rolled onto the floor and was shaking they looked very worried and told me lips have gone blue. I told them I was feeling better before I did just reassure the ladies cause they looked scared but I after did feel better enough to atleasy stand up walk very slowly back to changing rooms and I had help. My palms were white complete I’m enquiring about this cause I’m embarassed to go to the gym again today and show my face and want to know what this is I have had this before with sports or excercise
I was skipping(rope skipping) for 60 times in a very harder way and i didn't felt anything after it is done(actually i didn't do hardcore normally).but 2 minutes later i feel like I'm gonna fall and my brian got dizziness.i just sit on chair for a moment i feel like I'm gonna die..wtf.my mind is like (i dont wanna remembered like died during exercise..omg) i suddenly got some power to ask somebody for water..thank god my niece was nearby so he fetch me water.i had the same experience before when my teeth were plucked off.i got fainted.the doctor also panicked wtf..she was a junior dr though.when this happened she suddenly lifted my both legs..Wow...i feel much greater now..i said to dr..she was like Oh MY GOD..he is okey..(i think she was having this experience for first time with patient).this experience give me information that if we put legs upward, the blood will flow faster to brain and dizziness go away..so i done the same trick for 5 minutes and huraaaai..... I'm very okey now.but this experience is a new thing for me.(the black out when work out).i'm writing this because if somebody had the same experience, do the first aid what i have done..it helps alot.and skipping very hardcore is not for everyone.
Bro same thing kind of happended to me. I was at cheer pratice I did 3 laps and when I finished I felt fine. But then like 6 minutes later my vision randomly went black and I felt super dizzy. I did push myself alot harder than usual and I didn't eat before so that's probably the reason

After 10 or 15mins i stand up and my friend hold me he said i passed out for milliseconds.. but i feel im not coz i still remember everything, except that my sunglass is broken coz I didn’t know i step on it during that passed out.. i do bike trail every week.. i dont know what happen to me ? Maybe lock of sleep? Low sugar coz i dont eat sweets anymore
I felt like I was close to passing out or throwing up after a long workout today I took a cold shower and I started to feel better. Is this something serious?
I am not experienced about it, but it might be forcing beast mode or you were hungry. But also eating before workout can make you feel sick. I always eat 30 mins before workout. And even if I sometimes feel like trowing up i take a short break, drink some water and continue. I never passed out neither threw up.
What if I took a cold shower and I felt worse? My head really hurts and my stomach feels horrible and I feel like I'm about to throw up. Is it also bad that I don't eat that well? I'm skinny but my mom doesn't have enough money for nutritious food so what should I do?
