*THIS VIDEO WILL NOT HELP YOU. DON'T ENGAGE. IT DOES NOT EXPLAIN OR SOLVE THE FBX ISSUE. AT ALL* Wow, thank you for dragging out the actual point until more than half way through this nearly useless video. You're welcome for the engagement but this video's title and thumbnail are *totally fake*
I was actually waiting for that "Fix" part. But the video completely ditched that part. Obj is a big NO! The rig information is what I'm really interested at. Did not helped at all.
There's good info to be extracted from this tut, but as many said, it's a tiddy bit of a massive clickbait. You should at least follow up another video that goes into restoring more of the original model.
I didn't get any errors, but nothing showed up after import :( I was trying to find a way to use hexagon instead of blender for updating models and thought daz might help bridge the gap
how can i add more than one texture like i have imported a kitchen room but it doesn't have any texture like its completely white and when i put the texture on like how you showed in the video with the fox i can only add one texture at a time please help
Hi Hrushikesh, to add more than one texture you need to separate geometry. For this use the Geometry Editor tool to select needed geometry and then Create Surface from Selected. In one of our newest articles - Daz3D Create a Room from Scratch (renderguide.com/daz3d-create-a-room-from-scratch/) we do exactly that. Check the "Creating Surfaces on the Module" part of the article to be more exact. Read parts before that to learn how to open and use Geometry Tool". Hope this helps!
Thank you for the video. I have a question though, if say I download a character in obj format that was made with blender, will I be able to use clothes or assets from dazed to that obj file and pose it then render it, all on Daz? Thanks
Sadly, I don't think that you would be able to use Daz Studio assets such as clothes, poses and other on imported character. As these assets are made to be used specifically with Genesis figures and usually can only be correctly applied to these Genesis figures.

Resumindo...é impossível importar FBX no Daz Studio, um problema que até hoje 12/10/2024 o Daz Studio não conseguiu solucionar.
...Aaaand reported for being a fraudulent video. Have a Nice Day.

Good video, but I am hearing impaired and I think the captions may be out of sync.
