Ricky Nelson was an American actor, musician, and singer-songwriter born on May 8, 1940, in Teaneck, New Jersey. He was the son of Ozzie and Harriet Nelson, the stars of the popular television series "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet," and began his career on the show as a child actor. Nelson's musical career took off in the late 1950s, and he became a teen idol with hits like "Travelin' Man" and "Hello Mary Lou." He continued to release music throughout the 1960s and 1970s and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987. Nelson also acted in films and television shows, including "Rio Bravo" (1959) and "The Ozzie and Harriet Show" (1952-1966). Tragically, Nelson died in a plane crash on December 31, 1985, at the age of 45. He is remembered as one of the most influential rock and roll artists of his time.

If you look into the crash and it's cause, a lot of mistakes were apparently made. Some opinions are that most of them were by the pilots who survived. The area where they crashed is very open. But they came down in trees. It is not clear whether or not the pilots left the cockpit cabin door locked or not when they jumped out the cockpit windows to save themselves. They claim on the NTSB report that it was left unlocked. Still, that may or may not be true because certain evidence suggests that it was locked and that was the only escape route from the cabin.

You don't know anything about Elvis personality. Everyone who knew him said he was the nicest guy ever, Ricky said the same thing about Elvis. I personally think Elvis was way better looking than Ricky. Ricky was handsome but looked like any white kid from the 50s, but Elvis was something else, he looked different from anyone from that era.

Everybody acts like his life was so wonderful. How about all the drugs that he had to do to make himself function? If you ask me, that's a miserable living.

@@martyprice8288actually if you want to say that that's not what it was, it was what it was. He did hard drugs which actually ended up bringing him down literally. If it wasn't going to be the plane it would be a drug overdose.
