I think you mean 5th Gen iPod Touch. The 4th Gen iPod Touch lost support on iOS 6 back in 2013

Thank you for sharing your video. We bought our son a refurbished iPod Touch 4th. It was for his 8th grade gift. We weren’t going to buy him a new iPhone. I need to dig it out & see if it works. 😂😊
