    Very interesting.. I know that there's alot of quick silent moving happens when the curtains are down, so that's the magic of the stage! but , do they work manually or with a button?

      Both! Most often it's done manually (I did a whole video on Rigging systems) BUT there are a few different ways to automate this type of thing - broadway does a lot of automation - it's just an extremely expensive thing to implement and upkeep, so most theatres are still doing this all manually.

      @@NickAchBackstage Interesting.. Well, I work in a performing arts center and the world of theatre just amazes me over and over. I know some magicians who work so hard behind every breath-taking performance. Yet, what every member in the theatre and performance industry does amazes me. Thanks alot
