  • @danielcavalier711
    @danielcavalier711 8 лет назад +14

    The problem with the USA team is that they always include a swimmer in the wrong position or a swimmer who doesn't deserve a place in the relay. Here the mistake was to include Missy Franklin, a backstroker swimmer in a sprint relay? That's wrong. In the men's 4x100 freestyle the mistake was incluiding Lochte in the anchor leg, he should have gone first or second, but not in anchor. And in Rio 2016, the mistake was to include Ledecky in the 4x100 freestyle relay. In the trials in Omaha she failed to qualify for the single event, event for the relay, she ended in 8th position, and they included in the final relay. That's very stupid

    • @horstborscht7401
      @horstborscht7401 8 лет назад +1

      Sounds like an appetite for including the star of the meet at all costs. In the 4×200 m freestyle relay they did the right thing by choosing DiRado over Franklin, though.

    • @danielcavalier711
      @danielcavalier711 8 лет назад +2

      Horst Borscht but that was a good choise, Franklin had a terrible games, and Maya compete in 200im and 200 back, 200m races, so that was 'normal' for her

    Why do the Australians wear yellow and green? I've always wondered.

    • @westozzy
      @westozzy 6 лет назад

      because red white and blue are the colours of a lot of other national flags - like australia's. so to be different, green and gold are australia's national sporting colours. co-incidentally, the other main countries that wear green and gold are brazil and south africa who are southern hemisphere countries too.
