Forgot to leave a comment yesterday!!! I really liked this format…the AMRAP in the middle was such a challenge…loved all the variations…especially the resistance band on the chair leg extensions! Legs were shaking so fierce…I was praying wall sits weren’t coming next 😂!!! Thanks for another fierce burner!! 🔥🔥🔥
Yeah, im a good friend, didn't let u do leg day all by urself, but if u ask for a goal, ist just to stay alive and not faint through ur leg workouts🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Amazing, super hard workout!!

I LOVED this one!! I used a ball and a barbell for the hip thrusts. So great, Kaleigh! Thank you!! Also the band worked great around both ankles. ❤
