Sloop Elsthof Wijchen dl 13 eindfase gestart

- Nadat op woensdag 27 februari de asbestkeuring heeft plaatsgevonden kon op donderdag 28 februari 2013 de eindfase van start gaan: het slopen van de vleugel die aan een kant grenst aan een bewoond gedeelte. Het te slopen deel is los gezaagd van het bewoonde deel. Alle video's zijn te zien: deel 1 t/m 16; er is ook een afspeellijst.

Unfinished construction? No: this is an old elderly home, not useable any more. At this moment there is already a new building at the same place with modern housing for elderly people.

@@FullMachine672 Thank you. I have a lot more video's of this demolition, later on there was an other company to demolish the last part. That part was connected to a more recent building with inhabitants. That building had to be unharmed. Now it is connected to the new buildings and got a facelift.

Die vent is langzaam
Hij werkt doorgaans op de laad- en losplaats en bij de puinverwerking. Dit project is zijn eerste sloopklus. Verder is zorgvuldigheid nodig: een deel van het gebouw moet blijven staan en is bewoond. Achter mijn camera staat al bewoonde nieuwbouw en er wonen hier alleen maar ouderen.
