Hi everyone! We hope you enjoy this full show from Derek's amazing jazz quartet, recorded on the 1st of March, 2022 at Fortnum & Mason's Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon. Featuring Derek Paravicini on piano, Hannah Davey on vocals, Ben Holder on violin and Ollie Howell on drums. More regular Derek content, quartet content, and even some other special content coming soon!😜🎹🎵
My family and I are watching this in Kentucky USA. Please tell Mr. Paravicini the Virtuoso that we are humbled and most impressed. Also, bless you this holiday season! 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻
This is real soothing and relaxing music. Credits to the musicians, vocalist, organizers, caterers and wonderful audience for making it happen. Thanks for sharing this musical gem, Derek and company!
Is it just me, or has Derek gotten even BETTER at improvising???!!! WOW!!! This was just amazing!!! :D Sorry for typing this in a hurry, but congrats to Derek, and all the awesome people involved who helped realize his talent!!! :D And congrats to the Queen on her Jubilee, and all that! :D (heck, I have like, a quarter English/British in me :P haha) Take care, and big cheers all round!!! :D :D :D
Wow. THANK-YOU So MUCH for the unexpected full concert! I think the other players in the band do a great job keeping up with Derek. Ben Holder is amazing! I loved Derek's "Tea for two" improvisations. The drum solo was pretty fantastic as well. Of course the vocalist was wonderful too.
Do you do world concerts? I would love to see you live. You are a gift to this world. I hope all your music is recorded. They are so original. What a delight.
Yes! Derek definitely does concerts, as well as talks about his life assisted by his mentor Dr Adam Ockelford. He also plays live with his quartet of course. The best way to keep up with live dates is through his Facebook page or Instagram.
