You will feel more like yourself soon Tom don't worry, maybe it's because you have been super super busy and stimulated recently with all of your talks etc and now things have calmed a little it's made you a somewhat anxious? I think you seem to feel better & more positive when your busy and doing what you do best which is to educate and enrich others...Big love and feel better soon also congrats on over 1000 subs...couldn't be more deserved X

Certainly sounds like a shutdown to me. That's how I feel at times. Everything I want to or need to do takes extra effort, and even the thought of putting in that extra effort (even to speak to someone) puts me in an even worse mood. It sucks, but it does pass.

Hi Tom. I have the same thing happen to me. Sometimes I just randomly feel grumpy, pissed off, fed up, for an hour at least for a minor one, but if I get a bad one, I end up not wanting to talk to anyone except very close friends and family (and even then I'd rather not) and every response I make to others is always a negative reply and I absolutely hate it when I get like that, and a bad one can last hours and sometimes a whole day before it subsides and I return to "normal" I guess it is a shut down? I don;t think I have meltdowns as such but I do get these "shut downs" at least once a month.

Hope you feel better soon. When my son went in to shutdown for the first time(last year he was 6) I thought he was ill but then I managed to find out what was happening. I was so worried as it seemed like flu but also communication went too. After two days all was well thank goodness. I try to calm things down for him if I think it is coming again. This week has been busy so I'm hoping he is ok and making sure the weekend is calm. Thanks for making such helpful videos!:)
