@@kimfrick344 I've been told, syncing can only be done from the gmail side to the Outlook side, but not the other way (so all entries must be made at your gmail account(s); "unless" you are running your email on the Microsoft Exchange Email Server.
Great video because straight to the point without going into anything other than what the title is. However, this only imports, it doesn't synch. Even after using reset links in Outlook and then refreshing in Google any changes in Outlook are not reflected in Google. Hopefully, someone will have a video showing how to fix this.

I did this about 3 days ago and all of the events that existed at the time I set it up show on my Google calendar. However, any event that I have added or changed since then is not reflected in Google.
Is it possible that employers/organizations have this feature disabled? I am able to complete every step until share calendar setting--this is not available to me. Thanks.

As I say, it's rather slow to sync; and there'll be a whole host of repeat notifications to eliminate, but you can stop the ones you don't want (and future ones from that source) as they appear. Eventually, in my case, I only get Google notifications, on my phone. I chose to get the Google reminders of appointments (though I only use outlook calendar on phone and PC) because of the tie in to maps, and navigation, which is useful. Rather bizarrely, whilst Google reminds me of appointments, Google Assistant doesn't seem to know they exist...but Alexa does. Go figure!? For clarity, I never even look at Google or Samsung Calendars. I only ever deal with Outlook, on the PC and/or phone.

I think that this process just prints the current events.
Synced, but does not keep updated. New events from Outlook don't sync over.
