It adds to the Google calendar just fine, but never updates when I change anything on my Outlook calendar. It's basically not a sync but a one-shot copy.

To update it, you need to subscribe to it or repeat this procedure to import a copy of the most current version of your calendar in Google Calendar.
@@chrisb9960 How does this work for Office 365 on my Macbook pro? Your post is what I need, but when I open "file" in Outlook, I do not have an "account settings" option. Thank you.
It is not working. Google is just importing Outlook Calendar. Google is not synchronized. When I insert new event in Outlook, It is not showing in Google.
I found it only works on phone and you have to make sure Outlook app allows it to synch. Then you can add your outlook calendar to Google calendar and it'll update. Works in both directions. Sadly never works via computer, only via phone. No idea if works on iPhone. Mine is an Android.

Hello, I went ahead and synched my Outlook Calendar into my Google Calendar, however, when I add new appointments on Outlook, they don't transfer over. Is there any way that it'll automatically update?

This doesn't synchronise, it simply imports. What's the point of importing it when it's not automatically synching afterwards.

Oops. so much for that. The dates all came out a week ahead on the Google calendar. Hmmmm.
The only issue is: this does not sync automatically. When there is a change in outlook calendar, it is not reflected in google calendar
and how to solve this?
