    Love the extra details and mental prep for the tricks. Always tough trying to step up the riding just copying edits. Appreciate the free lesson! Hope the healing is going smooth! Loving the constant vids, good mix of content 👌.

    So much steeze it hurts (only because my dead sailor airs are so lame in comparison).
    Thanks for posting Mark! I'm definitely going to try to get looser in the air.

    Which way is it best to table? front foot on top of the table or back foot?

    • @MarkMatthewsMTB
      @MarkMatthewsMTB  4 года назад +1

      Usually you want your front foot on top(or else you do it goofy) but whatever is most comfortable is best.

    Thank you so much for this. What do you think of practicing tables upside down on your back? Does that help the motion at all?

    • @MarkMatthewsMTB
      @MarkMatthewsMTB  4 года назад

      I’ve never tried that but it seems like a good idea to get the basic feel figured out. However, the motion is the simplest part. Bike control in the air and timing is everything. It’s kind of like when you see people make stands for learning stationary wheelies. It’s cool in theory, but not that realistic/practical.

    • @connorhalpin2305
      @connorhalpin2305 4 года назад

      It’s very different for tables upside down. When you do it upside down you can let the bike fall to you, where when you do it in the air you have to pull the bike up to you

    • @ieatslag5947
      @ieatslag5947 4 года назад

      Connor Halpin makes sense. I used his method to learn the hand motion and it really helped. I wasn’t able to get a fully flat table yet but I’m getting there

      @@connorhalpin2305 that' a very good point!

      Kevin Maldonado Sweet! Good work! The arm notion is definitely what it takes to get it started but the knees is what seperated an angle from a pancake. Push the knee on top into the top tube, and kinda scoop up with the bottom leg, almost like you’re trying to kick your bent leg to your shoulder.

    Mark, Triair owner? Do you feel it to have really lower rebound damping? I.e fast rebound.

    • @MarkMatthewsMTB
      @MarkMatthewsMTB  4 года назад

      Hey, not at all, but I also don’t fine tune my suspension that much. When it comes to technical bike setup questions, I’m not a good person to ask 😂
