I remembered watching one of your videos where you talk about having a “favorites day” and maybe I could do a list with all my favorite things and choose random stuff from there now and then. I thought of doing this day on a day that I’m actually dreading. Like if I know things will be hard at work, or I have a scary meeting or something I don’t like in that day, I could do a bunch of my favorite things on that day to actually look forward to it. This and the life admin day are genius! Thank you! 🥰
SOOOOOOOO true setting your mind on something before sleeping helps it to roll around in your brain and percolate during your sleep. The magical power of subconsciousness will often reveal the answer. And is life not all about re-framing. Everything is a problemtunity.

I think it would be a great thing for you to explore and i would looove videos from you about it (along with any kind of "how can I make self care more enjoyable"?) There are some nice hygge videos on RUclips but i have a hard time relating to most of the ones I've found as it doesn't *seem* like they have a lot on their plate. I'd just love to see your perspective on it!

I find gratitude journaling to be so powerful. I love that you mentioned that too! Sometimes I'll set a reminder at a certain time just to think of what I'm grateful for. It totally changes your attitude, energy and mood throughout the day. Very inspiring video! :)

I think going to bed with a question wouldn't be a good idea.. As it will keep on ticking at the back of your mind at subconscious level and might disturb with your sleep..

I think they're good but we shouldn't give them so much power. I see them as good self-talk but just saying things, won't make them happen.
I find it’s a good and quick way to set my mind for the kind of day I am striving to have.
