Hello lovely feminine friends! What does “feminine homemaking” mean to you? 🥰💛🌻 **someone commented leaving the first comment, however I think youtube didn’t let it post 😔. Just wanted to say that I saw your comment and I appreciate you 🥰🥰
Feminine homemaking to me is having a tidy in order house, with touches of beauty throughout the home. Lovely content as always, thank you for taking time out of your day to give us these videos.
I am so blessed to have found you. I am a Christian woman and have been searching for a channel that focuses on what I've been wanting to learn about and I've been so blessed to have found you!
Could you do a video on..how to transition into feminine energy after work hours.. few steps may be. It's hard lately to get from work mode to relax mode. I love your videos! Keep it up
Cynthia, I feel like you have a humor side of you that is not really portrayed in most of your videos. When you said "I guess open eyes really, because I'm reading it" I just couldn't stop myself from laughing! I LOVE having fun with words and laughing at myself when a sentence doesn't come out like planned, or when I see my chain of thoughts go somewhere unexpected - as I'm speaking! I'd love to see more of your "silly self", which I am fully aware is a strength and I hope you know it's not silly at all ;) thanks for another great video, as always!
Lol yes I do have a humorous side of me that I don’t always show; it’s not on purpose it is just because of the subjects that we talk about and how they are more serious. 🥰💛
Hello Cynthia, please consider doing a video on Mary, Mother of God as she is an example 'par excellence' to all women whatever their religion. I watch a lot of femininity you tubers and no one mentions our Blessed Mother. The Proverbs housewife is always mentioned but never Mary. Mary described herself as the "handmaid of the Lord", (so speaks to the humility and service required of a housewife that you spoke of) she is known as the spouse of the Holy Spirit, was married to St Joseph and is the mother of Our Lord. She embodies and epitomises the very essence of femininity. She shows us what it means to live as a true daughter of God. As a housewife, Mary lived in quiet servitude - she "pondered all things in her heart." There is so much you could say, it may end up being a series. I would like that very much.
Hi Cythnia you have a great style. The last dress you wore on your last video which was pink floral embroidery I was wondering where is that from? Thanks lots of love
What a great topic. It’s so encouraging to see other ladies out there who are interested in the rare and somewhat obscure art of homemaking. I’ve been a full-time homemaker for about 2 years now, and I’m finally getting to the place where I’m finding joy-before I was restless and was always finding a reason to be out all day and not really tending to my home. But now, I love staying home and adding warmth and beauty to my home. I really liked what you said about being hospitable and inviting others over, even if it’s last minute. I’ve been challenging myself to invite a family over for dinner once a week. It’s been so great to gather around a home cooked meal and get to know others. ❤️
Weekly dinners is a perfect way to consistently practice hospitality! I love doing the same, however we rotate among family who hosts it. Homemaking is definitely an enfolding skill and we can always better ourselves - I consider myself a lifelong learner of homemaking lol 🥰💛
Cynthia, I absolutely love that you focus more on the less "superficial" things about femininity! It's so easy to get caught up on things like your outer appearance, and I appreciate your constant reminders 🥰 Like you said, the essence of femininity is definitely people, and using our gifts to bless others 💗
I’m so happy to hear that you appreciate it! 🥰💛 It isn’t the most popular way to “get views”, but it doesn’t matter as long as the people I reach like the message 🥰
Yes!!! These are the videos I watch of hers, because I know she has a solid understanding of feminine energy at its fundamentals & not just the superficial levels- or to get/keep a man. As I’ve always said. Some of us are learning to be more feminine to SERVE THE WORD, not just to get a guy.
Definitely. Masculine home making is very different. It’s more about being useful, functional, goal oriented. Men who take care of the home do so in a completely different way. It’s less about being in the home and finding joy and more having projects and feeling accomplished from getting things done. A woman can be a stay at home house wife and be masculine or feminine based on her mindset. A man can take care of the home and be masculine or feminine. Feminine home making is about enjoying the home and being in a creative space.
This is such a good topic... I think we as housewives spend too much time trying to duplicate or make a home that is “Pinterest worthy”. Such great pointers! 💛🤍💛 P.S. RUclips is deleting my subscriber’s comments as well. I think there’s a glitch.
Exactly! Just because it isn’t Pinterest worthy, doesn’t mean it isn’t beautiful and worth it. I had to remind myself of this a lot. ☺️💛RUclips has definitely been acting weird. I’ve heard of them randomly deleting accounts en masse
I love your content! I just recently acknowledged that God has called me to be in the home to take care of my children & family! I would love a video or maybe some quick advice on what to do when you get into an ongoing "rut", or on those days when you just don't want to do any house keeping! I struggle some days and I long to find the joy in the everyday "mundane" tasks.
Awh congrats on finding your new life calling! 💛🥰 welcome to our wonderful homemaking club lol. That’s a good video topic idea. A few things I can think of now, is I forget about perfection and I set a timer for let’s say 1 hour and get as much done as possible.
Great tips Cynthia. I liked your point on multitasking, it is very relatable. I used to make my cooking and cleaning as productive as possible, combining it with podcasts and courses. I was feeling more tired, my partner suggesting mindful cooking and cleaning without multitasking. Now I feel much better. I also like your look on serving others. I make tea for my partner every day when he is working and iron his shirts so it saves him time :)
This was a very fun and informative way of putting these two subjects together! 😊 I enjoyed it very much, and I think I will be referring back to it sometimes. I loved what you said about wholesomeness - it's one of my favorite words, and what a lovely way of applying it into daily life! 🥰
I also like to make my home a place where my husband see the effort I make to make it a place he wants to be. Seeing him enjoying our home make me happy and full feel. It is also nice when we make everything out of nothing, I love been creative. Thanks for this great video xxx
I'm a new subscriber and I'm lovinggggg your channel and Instagram! 💕 Your tips are so valuable that I'm going to start writing them down for me not to forget them! Thanks for sharing such good content 🌸 I'm so happy to see how this feminine family is growing so fast! I feel so proud to being a housewife! Kisses from Brazil 💝
Awh thank you for being here! I’m also happy to see how so many women are now embracing femininity and homemaking more openly. Sending you love, from Canada! 🥰💛
As someone with ADHD I find that it helps me to write a list of all the things that are running through my mind before I start any given task. It really helps me to be able to focus on one thing at a time. Also, I often break tasks up into steps so I don't get overwhelmed. PS. I just wanted to add that when I first got married my husband encouraged me to invite other couples over for dinner. And in an effort to serve him I did just that. It's been 12 years now and I honestly can say I love hosting people, even though I'm an introvert! I just want everyone to sit back, relax, and enjoy each other's company while I serve them. It's so rewarding to see people relaxed and visiting in my home.
We have a lot in common. I have moderate ADD and I live by my lists! It has helped me improve my focus naturally. Also, I love your story about hosting. I am also introverted, so I find that I thrive best with intimate gatherings and also sitting back and watching others interact 🥰💛
Awh thank you 🥰💛. I think your first comment did not post because RUclips has been weird and filtering some of my subscribers comments automatically 😞💛.
@@CynthiaL oh no! i was just commenting on how you’ve grown in your femininity and you have more of a comfortable child-like energy and are not as rigid as some of your earlier videos ❤️ which is progress! beaucoup d’amour de virginie ❤️
Thank you for this video, Cynthia! I'm starting to settle more into my femininity and aspire to be a home maker one day, but I sometimes struggle with communicating this dream with other people who are not used to the idea. Your videos help me be able to vocalize (and have more of an understanding of ) this lifestyle. I finally gained to confidence to mention my aspirations of being a homemaker to my boyfriend (who I'm seriously dating) and he is completely on board!
Oh I know what you mean! People can’t believe that we exist lol! Also, I’m so happy to hear you found a supportive partner. Wishing you many blessings 🥰💛
I love the idea of being a good homemaker but I get really bored easily sometimes with cleaning. My mom and I were just discussing this, actually. Could we get a little more information on how to become process oriented?
I’d love advice on dealing with resentment in a feminine way. I would love to be a housewife, but my partner says he’s not quite ready for a one-income household. I come home from work feeling very much in my masculine, and I hate how bitter I sometimes feel as I switch from office worker to homemaker. 💖
Hey! This is kind of random.. and I might be over thinking but can you please give your opinion on “taking leftovers from a restaurant after a date” if you don’t finish your food. Does this look bad?
Depends on where you are in the world. In North America it isn’t look at as odd to take food home. However, I would say to try avoid it on first dates for example. Order a smaller portion if you have to. Just my opinion though 💛💛
