Just a little video showing a small pyrotechnic set up for a concert.
The sparks emitted from the gerbs are not hot, meaning that they are harmless and can be used near people and buildings.

They may be “cold” but they can light something flammable on fire, like the foam wall coverings at the Station Nightclub in Rhode Island in 2003.

They were normal Pyro jobs that were hot and that’s how it started not with these they didn’t have the technology for these years ago. That’s why that fucking happened how about you do some research and to the talking out of your ass specially, with the situation like to station fire
It is incorrect to say that pyrotechnic gerb sparks emit cool sparks.
A hand put through these sparks might feel lightly peppered, as the moisture in the skin prevents any burn.
Each spark from a gerb is carefully size-screened to burn out before it reaches the ground. But if the sparks contact a dry, flammable material before reaching the ground then they can ignite that material. Even though the sparks may feel “cool,” sparks are sparks and gerb sparks can be deadly or cause serious injury (see for example, the Station Nightclub Fire, caused by gerb sparks connecting with flammable material, or Michael Jackson’s famous injuries during a Pepsi commercial. Both caused by gerb sparks).

What fireworks are these? Where can i get
They are called gerbs. Most fireworks wholesalers will have them but they don't really sell them to just consumers (in most places, I don't know where you are from and what laws you have there) but they might. They are mainly made for use by pyrotechnicians who know what they are doing. They are close proximity fireworks which can be used indoors and like the name suggests, close to people and property. I assume the reason they don't really market them to normal consumers is that they don't trust people setting these off themselves indoors and burning down the place killing a wedding full of people. They also don't have fuses on them like a normal firework does and have to be fired electronically and most people don't have their own firing systems.
