pingoJK Probs a VE-20 in the studio. Live it just sounds like he is singing really close with some reverb. There may be a limiter on the board for the distortion
His vocal mic is running into a guitar amp and I believe the amp's reverb is on. He used the same setup in his vocals for the Sleeper tour at this time.
