    Truly enjoy your stretch and mobility workouts. Now being in my mid 50s its been a game changer. I often go back to your 30 day mobility challege workouts when I feel the need to stretch out a particular area. It still amazes me how many of your followers skip your mobility/stretching. They definitely are missing out!!

    I have debated posting this but thought I will. Chris, on Saturday my dad died. It’s been a bonkers and very surreal week however your workouts have given me the space for me and allowed me to step outside of the chaos. This workout in particular was so needed and I just wanted to thank you for making me stop and forget the madness and have time for myself. Your workouts are the little bit of light in my very dark world at the moment and just wanted to say a massive thank you xxx

    Although I couldn't do some of the stretches, I did what I could and modified what I couldn't. I know that if I'm consistent, soon enough I will be able to do all of them!! Thank you for your motivation! 💜💪🏼🙏🏼

      Margie I struggle with sitting up straight and reaching for my toes with straight legs. Someday I WILL be able to hold those feet 👣! We just keep at it like you said and do the best we can 😊

    I try to do one of your stretches every week. So calming and relaxing. Thanks Chris. It seems like a lot of people forget or just skip stretching and it is probably the most important part of an exercise program. I used to go to a gym and 90% of people left without ever stretching anything they worked on. They will regret that when they are older. So I’m advocating for your stressing on doing stretches. ❤

    I don’t think you get enough love for your stretching and mobility workouts! So funny I started crying in the middle of this and had to look that up after to see if that’s a normal thing lol. Apparently it is and stretching and yoga can cause an emotional release. Idk if that is true but either way I felt really good after and I’m so thankful ! Hugs to you Chris

    I did your kickboxing tabata fitness workout as well as another cardio workout today, so I really needed this stretch/flexibility workout afterwards. I really enjoyed using a chair too. I feel nice and relaxed now 🧘🏼‍♀️
    I was watching a programme this morning and a doctor was talking about plantar fasciitis and saying that one really good exercise was the one you do where you’re on all fours and have your toes flexed and then unflexed and repeating that, he said that was really beneficial for that condition. I did suffer from plantar fasciitis about 10 years ago but fortunately insoles really helped me, and it hasn’t come back, but it’s good to know that if anyone suffer from that condition that there are some good exercises that you do and can help to relieve the symptoms 🥰

      Agreed! I only recently got over my plantar fasciitis about a year and a half ago, and a big part of keeping it away is regularly doing the sit-on-your-heels stretch :)

      @@katherinebecvar it’s a painful thing to have isn’t it, and I know people who have had it a lot worse than I did and I’m happy that mine was sorted out in the early stages. Good to hear yours is better and that you’ve found something to help keep it at bay too 🥰

    Again thank you my lovely, how did I get through my days before I found you!? When I first started the stretch/mobility sessions I would feel pain and would need to modify, after many months of following your training I have found I can go deeper into the stretch and it helps so much with moving with my friend Arthur Arthritis!! I have found these sessions help with the strength training and with your step sessions. You are amazing. 🥰❤️

    Love this one! We did a challenging family hike this morning that ended up taking 4 hours, so I decided to do leg day tomorrow or Friday - my legs were shaking just walking down the mountain! Lol I think they got a good enough workout today. But this was perfect, and I’m hoping this (plus my massage gun) will help me not be too sore tomorrow! 😅 Thanks again, Chris! You’re the best, and I never get tired of working out with you.

    Having overdone the physical work at home today, my body was screaming and life before Chris' channel would have meant painkillers and a very uncomfortable night. Today however, this superb stretch came to my rescue and no pain reief needed. The neck, shoulder and back bits in particular helped me no end. This one is a keeper for me..... thank you Chris.

    Yesterday pickleball and your legs and abs workout I started out today tight. Then a stressful day made things worse. I was running around and then said stop! Find a CDorner class/stretching. Found this one again. It really works when you stop and take the time and focus 🧘‍♂️ on yourself. Thank you! Will sleep better tonight.

    That felt so good! I am normally one ot those people that doesn't take time to stretch. But I have listened to your warnings and have started stretching more and doing some weight training. What a difference it has made! My feet had started aching when I did step, but now they feel great! And so does the rest of my body. Thank you so much Chris !

    Today I created my own hour of exercise. I started with 20 minutes intermediate step, then did 2 rounds of posterior chain. I found I could not even get my arms together off the ground going each side of the dumbbell and I realised how inflexible I was….so I finished with this class. What a wonderful channel that I can do this in one place. Thanks

    Gm Chris, I workout 6 days a week, I enjoy it . I usually know what I’m gonna do the dat before, I got up this morning and didn’t feel like a heart pumping workout so I decided to do the chair stretch. I started sweating of course but I feel so much better, thanks again.

    I did this for my rest day during The Challenge. I really enjoyed it. One of my dachshunds took the opportunity to make his little body available to my hands so that I might give him a rub down. At one point he did a down dog under me, So I was laughing my way through the stretch.
