@@MrVariant There is no English language option in Cotton 100% (and also not in Panorama Cotton) which is disappointing, why even bothering bringing it to the West? But the problem with the input lag was only with the released Saturn games Cotton 2 and Cotton Boomerang.

No, they are not working. Hopefully it gets fixed soon with a patch.
