    Yes I miss those guys too. I still can't believe that Harold Reid is gone. May his soul rest in peace. He's singing with the Angels now.

    Can you imagine todays starlets singing like that? I mean taking away all the voice enhancing technique in the studios?Thank the Lord for the Statlers!

    Statlers are carrying on like the Oak Ridge Boys in this performance.

    I've seen these guys in concert in 1979 and in 1989. They were the fist live concert I ever saw. I really miss hearing them on the radio or seeing them on the tv.

    Harold was more of a bass-baritone. He couldn't sing as low as Richard Sterban did.
