Measuring density of sugaring paste. The most accurate device for determining density of sugar paste

After we have cooked the paste for shugaring under atmospheric pressure and in a vacuum, we need to measure the density of these pastes and compare them with each other. We use the Soviet m-984 PC penethrometer, which is modified with modern digital sensors and an Arduino-based controller to determine the paste density with colossal accuracy.

Именно такой модифицированный и самый точный в мире )) я сам делал на базе пенетрометра М-984 ПК.

Какой вес грузила на на игле? 50 грамм?

После того, как я модифицировал прибор, я стал его использовать без грузов. Иногда игла без груза может входить в плотную пасту 700 000 миллисекунд, погружаясь всего на 2 см, но это так же будет очень точно зафиксировано прибором. И можно будет сказать, что паста бракованная, по каким-то причинам и получилась плотнее ожидаемой в 50 раз, например (такое может происходить при калибровке оборудования или при переходе с атмосферного оборудования на вакуумное).
