Feral Dog's Sensitivity to Human Influence

Indie illustrates how sensitive and aware dogs are to our body language. In this video Indie is a newly trapped feral dog that was living under a trailer for quite a while. At first she rebelled against walking on leash, But quickly she made progress. Here, Indie shows how little we actually have to do for our dogs to take notice of our changing body posture when I walk and slowly make changes to my body position. This is a fun exercise to do with your own dog, to see just how responsive your dog may be to body posture and the meaning behind it.
