Goes to show that it's not just about the calories, but _where_ those calories come from. Some days our body will need more fuel than others, and that's okay! There will be days where we feel we eat a lot but there will also be days where we don't feel as hungry. Let yourself eat more when your body needs it and treat every day like a clean slate - "making up" for another day's calorie count simply isn't worth it.

Today was my first day is a LONNNNGGGG time not counting calories, or obsessing over whether I should I eat that snack or not, feeling guilty for eating that snack, when I have literally trying to stop it for months.. And honestly, I do feel a little guilty for eating two tiny pieces of sesame balls and one small slice of cake as a snack and a huge dinner and breakfast, I am did not beat myself over it, and it feels so good.. Counting calories is literally like a burden at this point.. but hey, I am trying..!! P.s. your video made me feel so much better about just eating a goddamn snack.. 😂🤦🏻♀️😭🥺 so thank you!! Also THANK YOU for saying apples are overrated 😭😭
Me love my snacks. It's totally ok to eat sis. We all eat it does not matter who you are. Also we all love eating and snacking even of you are trying to lose weight. If you dont eat or if you under eat you might end up gaining weight because your body is not used to not having that less of food so make sure you eat yo snacks and your gud food.😁❤

I’ve always eaten a avocado sweet, which is basically avocado, milk, sugar and lemon, and it was a shock to me that sweet avocado is a shock to people in other countries lol
For me it's like I will never stop eating my favorite foods just to look like the beauty standards right now. We are all beautiful no matter who you are and never stop loving yourself.

I love her healthy relationship with food. My relationship with food is so messed up that I literally eat a boiled egg for breakfast, a fruit bar (nuts mainly) for school break time, eat 1/4 of what I used to eat for lunch, have an apple for dinner and STILL tell myself I ate too much. My calorie intake should be around 1800 but I probabily just eat 500‐600 each day
a piece of experience and advice for you ^^ : I recently started using an ap to lose just a few kg and noticed I was not far from doing what you are doing (each time I've previously started to eat less to lose I'd be definitely eating around 600cal so even if each time I stopped restricting and upped my cal with cookies, the portion sizes of my regular meals were more and more childish)... Now I use the ap to up my calorie intake per meal. It's just maths after all: if eaten - consummed = 0 (over the course of a few days) you wont take weight (appart maybe from bloating or something ^^) If you are sure you are not going to be drained the wrong way, it can be really helpful to roughly estimate your cal to plan more calorie loaded meals :) I'm not yet to the right amount of calories I should be eating and I'm already feeling so much more energized! You can do it too!!

"I cried and then ate it off the floor." I've never related to anything more. I've done things like that a couple times but this one specific time I was doing homework at midnight (college sucks) and I sat up for a bathroom break and accidentally knocked my laptop onto the ground and started crying. But did it end there? No. My boyfriend was there and he asked if I broke it or something and instead of answering I just wailed "I wanna drop out!" and continued to cry for the next hour. Bless that man for putting up with me 😂

basically just pour in some oil, put some sliced beef, sautee it and add salt, pepper, and if you have it some sweet stir-fry sauce, and then just sprinkle sesame seeds!
