    I love your videos... you know as Indian i always thought that no one ever understand my problem with food bcz they don’t really know so much about these things... but after finding your channel i started listening to my body bcz you’re Indian too and it gives me some kind of mental support that shivangi is with me she knows and she understands... thank you for making these videos they really helped ❤️❤️

    Thanks for posting this! I am in recovery from anorexia right now and videos like yours help a lot :) You show a realistic and healthy relationship in your videos, not like these girls who post their summer body, fat loss full days of eating, where they eat like 1300cals and say that this is a healthy and good amount of food which is not true. Society needs more people like you, thanks for being here:)

    The part where you'd not eat your mom's food, bc you thought it has waaay too many calories than what you'd want? I relate so so sooo much. I remember back in the days, I used to track the calories of GARLIC I put in my food. Seasoning? Yes.
    This video got so personal to us, I can only imagine how personal it might've been for you. LOVE LOVE LOVE that you are living a HAPPY and MINDFUL life now. 🌈💗
    Anyway, idk if you know this or not- Your energy is ABSOLUTELY amazing. 💜💜

But I've been watching your videos and watching you eat and being your best self has changed me so much and I now eat intuitively!! ❤️❤️❤️

    I relate to this a lot. Just last year, I was a point where I was consuming about 800 calories. I got to a low weight after being overweight and I felt proud. Then I gained 3 kgs even without eating much. I keep on deleting and reinstalling the tracking app. Right now, I feel guilty, worried and have the urge to exercise if I cross 1300 calories. I am trying to improve my mindset but I have a big fear of gaining weight again. I don't want to look like I used to before losing weight. These kind of videos really help me to relax and lessen this obsession. Thank you!

      Hey I recommend reverse dieting ie slowly increasing calories by 50 per day each week and getting into strength training, it will get you to at least 2000 . Keep your steps high atleast 8k a day

    • @nia9531
      @nia9531 3 года назад

      @@riddhidugar867 Thanks for the recommendation. I have actually been looking into reverse dieting for a while its just that tracking calories becomes quite stressful for me. Still I'm gonna try it. If that doesn't work out, I think exercising and not think much about food would help in hopes that I can increase my expenditure by physical activity and be able to maintain my weight.

My lowest was 39 kgs , basically i was a walking skeleton. i eventualy went from 1000 calories to 100 calories done nothing at all. im recovering from anorexia, and as a indian its great to see someone else who has recovered from this mental illness. u gave a lot of inspiration to recover.

I am currently stuck in the same problem as you once were, I used to track calories and did not eat well even tho I work out. I am currently trying to improve my relationship with food and I have finally stopped tracking calories but I still end up restricting sugar and grease. How did you manage to get over their fear and enjoy them?!

    We all know the app being talked about here 'healthify me'. I hate how this unhealthy concept of counting calories is advertised in seemingly healthy way. Our food is more than numbers, there are more properties of food than just numbers or protein fat carb. When our ancestors could go without weighing their flour, we can too. Indian cuisine is so scientific, it considers seasons, body types everything. Ironically the times I didn't care about calories or didn't kill myself 4 hours working out was when I would loose weight (I rather say gained health both physically and mentally). I am 24, it's good to see a 20 year old on right path of nourishment, God bless you.

    Both of us had the same story but difference is i just can't let go off a my fear of weight gain its been 2 months since i am eating nicely and as ig i was suffering from anorexia beacuse literally i had all of the symptoms matched also i restricted my self for almost a year and in Jan i fell seriously ill i was not even able to move and after that my mom got to know this and she started to feed me properly but still till Feb i was consuming somewhere 800 cals and then a day came i was just eating something sweet and after that i just kept eating eating and can't stop yes its was my body asking for some food but i thought it as bingeing it continued for almost 15 days where i thought i was binging but it was (extreme hunger / feast after femine)then i did some online research and started to know that its was completely normal In recovery and i was happy that i was recovering so i just listen to my body when its need food and after that i no more cared about calories and eat alot like 3000, calories or something and i did it for 1 and a half month but now again everything is started to get bad beacuse i just can't stop thinking about weight gain even though i am below 40 kg at 14
    Thank you for reading 🥺🥺💗

    hi, thank you for this video youre an inspiration! i have a few questions tho. for the last couple of months, ive been eating around 1500 calories every day and maintaining my weight. every time i go up like 1700 i always gain weight and its not just water weight because it doesnt go away after a week. this is very sad because although i treat my body super well and dont restrict foods, i gain weight even on 1700 calories. i was wondering, because you eat like 2000-3000 calories are you gaining weight from it? i just find it so sad that i gain on 1700 and other people dont gain 3000 ): thanks!
