Ma'am I think you have added excess of powdered spices ....wont it be too spicy. I added half quantity of the spices given and it still turned out it pretty spicy even though we have good spice tolerance .
I have not tried mushroom but first time i tried to make 😊using ur recipe it's really spicy and also masalas are too high better u could avoid that much powder... Don't try this if u r from South ... Taste will not suits us😅
